We've always considered Dionysos one of our favourite places to eat in Stoupa but this year the atmosphere seemed to be lacking for us - this I put down to the repetitive "Agga-do-do-do" music coming from the nearby children's soft play area just down the hill: not the Taverna's fault I know but off putting when trying to listen to... The food was generally good . My Lemon chicken was a little dry but my daughter's meal of liver and onions was excellent . Wife's swordfish was also a little dry .House wine was the best we had in Stoupa and very cheap . All in all a great restaurant

The food is absolutely delicious. The moussaka is the best in the village. Very generous portions and extremely good value for money

We had remembered this restaurant from our last visit and it was as good as we remembered. We visited 3 times in two weeks - once the night of the now infamous storm when Papa kept everyone in from the rain. The food is good honest Greek cuisine with huge portions and a reasonable red house wine. One evening I... More

Ate here one evening, nice garden setting and no sea view for a change, friendly and efficient staff, good food, great local red wine. Should have gone back, but with only 14 days holiday and probably 25++ tavernas to try it isn't easy.

Every visit we return to this lovely taverna. The food is excellent the staff are very friendly and helpful and the garden setting is lovely. Some meals are available in smaller portions which suits us as we have small appetites

Visited this taverna 3 times during the holiday. Enjoyed our meals on each visit & the staff were all friendly friendly & cheerful. Very pleasant garden setting - didn't miss a sea view at all. Seems to be very popular this year as we had to wait for a table on one visit & often saw people queuing! Would highly... More

Nice taverna off the sea front so no lovely views. The main course I had was drunken chicken but this was spoilt by the terrible oven potatoes I thought that there was vinegar on them but realised they must have used artificial lemon juice they were awful.
