I visited The Boma for the first time very recently with my dear Spanish friends from Mijas Pueblo, regular visitors. Seriously in the countryside with delightful views from the elevated bar/restaurant & terrace. Prompt, polite & efficient service to hand literally on entering. I seldom turn down a recommendation from frequent visitor friends so ordered the prawn pil pil., as... More

Our first visit to The Boma today, we were made very welcome on entering and had an excellent meal, they served lovely fresh vegetables with our meals, great value for money, we will be returning very soon. Would highly recommend.

Largely in the style of English pub food. Good service and hearty portions of home made food make this a popular local choice.

La Boma has gone through several owner changes but the food has always been consistant.there is not enough parking. I recommend it in summer as its ceamped in winter when its to cold for outdoors. Worth a visit.

Four of us went here for Sunday lunch and were not disappointed. Having read the reviews we felt we had to give it a try, especially as it is within walking distance. I had the roast beef which was very tender and had excellent flavour. The giant Yorkshire pud was also delicious as were the veg. For dessert I had... More

Visited some friends (Brits) in the area for a long weekend and went to The Boma a few times for drinks/food. It's their choice for a local, and I could see why. The vibe, the wine/booze, the staff and especially the Sunday roast were all on point. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

What a fantastic Sunday roast. Definitely get the Yorkshire pudding as it's huge and delicious too. They do a kids portion also. Everything was well cooked and the other meals were good portions and fair priced. The kids loved it and the views weren't bad either. They staff all spoke excellent English. You may need to book on a Sunday... More

The food at The Boma is wonderful, especially the Sunday roast. Unfortunately, due to one bad report on this site, I was advised that commentary of a football match on a Saturday evening was unavailable as it might offend diners, although at that time there were no diners. It seems better management of one unruly situation would have better accomodated all... Taken here whilst on a visit from Cyprus to see family. Great food, inventive menu, attentive waiter and a quirky chef all added up to a great dining experience. Don't think twice just try it!
