My family and I visited a little after lunch and still, the place was crowded. The servers were quick though. The pork chop bun seemed big but it actually includes the bone. It was a little too dry for my taste. The price is quite expensive for such a small, ordinary pork chop bun. Honestly, it was a let down.... More

There is a reason the porkchop bun is so popular here! Simple, but tasty, and easy to walk around with. The bread was fresh and the meat was lean and tender (watch out though...they leave the bone in!). I thought it was a bit pricey for what it was, but most things are more expensive in Macau.

Located in Taipa Village the pork chop bun is a must have while visiting Macau. Its a simple Pork chop in a bun with no other condiments and still very tasty. They also have an outlet in Venetian Food Court. Its nothing fancy but worth having if out in Macau.

We made the pilgrimage to Tai Lei Loi Kei in Taipa Village in Macau after taking the 8:00am ferry from Hong Kong. It is not very easy to get to Taipa Village as there are no direct shuttle buses from the hotels and casinos. You have to take a free shuttle bus to Galaxy Macau and take a short walk... More

Tai Lei Loi Kei, the famous pork bun shop in Taipa is no longer located at 18 Largo Governador Tamagnnini Barbosa, the old shed like building they occupied for decades. They can now be found at a smaller space at No. 35 Rua Correria da Silva, much nearer to Rua do Cunha and the food scene in Taipa Village. Opening... More

Tai Lei Loi Kei is very famous in Macau, especially the pork bread. It attracts many tourists to go there to try, but for me, after I eat once, I will never eat again. The pork bread is really normal, cannot say it is delicious and the price is really expensive. It does not worth it. If the world only... More

Ordered their signature pork chop in a pineapple bun, cost about 48 MOP which isn't exactly cheap. Taste was ok, both the bun and the pork chop had its own distinct taste, though I didn't think there was a wow factor in it. Still worth a try if you are visiting Macau for the first time. I had ordered from... More
