We had just one day as tourists in Macau, and one real meal to eat: lunch. We were so happy we picked A Vencedora as our lunch spot. I can't compare this to other Macau restaurants, so perhaps some other restaurant rivals or exceeds A...More

We went for a lunch and they have a wide range of food selections on the menu. We had a plate of Minchi Rice with Egg (MOP56). Quite a big portion but everything is kind of dry. The potato, the minced meat, even the rice....More

A Vencedora exudes a vibe of a family-run, homely eatery staffed with pride and tradition. It is a rare bastion of Macanese cuisine in this former Portuguese colony. The staff speak no Portuguese, though the owner reciprocated with a hearty 'Obrigado' as we were leaving...More

Genuine local Macau food. Friendly service from the staff and owner. Good selection of classic dishes. Not a flashy place - more like a café, but dishes out great meals to a variety of locals and tourists. Recommended

The food in Macau is typically expensive, but if you want a taste of Portugal you could worse than to visit this little family run restaurant. (Expect to pay 15-25 USD a head). The bacalhau (codfish) is great and it is all Portuguese produce.
