I never made a reservation when I went. In Macau I like spontaneity. After playing at the Casino I went straight to the restaurant and they had availability.

Hello there. Yes, they're definitely open. Le Chine is one of the restaurants at The Parisian in Macao. Really worth visiting ! Hope I have been of help.
