Called here many times for drinks. On the corner of the beach and near the shops it has plenty to watch. Small childrens' play arae just outside. Great menu, popular for breakfasts, efficient waiting staff and reasonable prices. Well worth a visit.

Came here a couple of times during our recent trip for a beer and a bite to eat. Food was really good, especially the tuna tapa "Atún Tapas Tapas" and the garlic prawns. They also show Pemiership football (with the volume off) if you want...to catch a game. Prices were reasonable, toilets clean and service friendly.More
Great location on the beach. There was a smell of sewage which was off putting. The beer was OK. Was going to order the fish but the waitress couldn't tell me anything about it other than it was "white fish" and that it wasn't fresh....Ordered sardines and a cheeseburger and chips. Sardines were terrible rubbery over cooked mess. Burger was OK and the chips were were strange colour.More
We've visited before on previous holiday (SEP 22) and loved the food and the service. Came back three times Dec 22, primarily to watch football, only 2 staff taking and delivering orders, one young lady far too occupied in talking to friends outside and oblivious...to waiting guests. Waited 15 minutes to be served, would have left if not had good seats for football. Young lad good and remembered our drink preferences but they need more floor staff. My favourite from the menu was fillet steak with garlic, unfortunately on the last night this was severely overcooked and at €23.95 not acceptable.More
Nothing special , nothing bad, standard beach front food in mogan , cheaper than most , smell of sewage was a bit off putting , not sure where it was coming from !
1st of all the food was terrible.. sent back the curry because I don’t like pineapple… the idiot tells me it says PINEAPPLE on the menu .. he pulls up with the menu .. no mention of PINEAPPLES on the menu Took the chicken curry...away and I ordered the burger… 3 minutes later and out comes a burger… I looked inside the burger and I was pink .. rare … undercooked basically… I saw the IDIOT looking at me with a glare… he proceeded to tell me he sells lots of food and I was the only one to complain ever 😂 Was made to pay for all the food that I did not eat ….not even a apology.. if the cook thinks it’s ok to send out food like that and the IDIOT that serves it then good luck with you standards.. shocking and terribleMore
All fine if you don’t except gourmet & co. I would say it’s all around place. From the breakfast till the dinner. Quality is there. Baguette with beef, toast with bacon and egg etc are really fine. Mogan mango smoothie - simple as that and...excellent! If you go for your own choice of tapas in the evening - all fine and you will get right quality. So just try if you like and feel a bit of life in this place. And… music is normally not too loud. Thanks God and the Team.More
First time visiting. We got a iced coffee which isn't the same as what you get in the UK it's more coffee with ice cream and cream but tasted quite nice. The smoothies tasted amazing & we also ordered garlic bread and chips which were...yummy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and it was very clean. There is a small park area very close which was great as we could keep an eye on our children whilst having a very refreshing drink.More
I reviewed Tapas Tapas in 2017/18 as 5 out of 5. How times have changed. From a great fillet steak and super friendly staff to burgers with funny aftertastes and staff who obviously wish they were somewhere else. Shane really.
We'd contemplated visitng here afer hearing mixed reviews but went for lunch on our last day as it's next to the children's play area. Food was ok, nothing special but edible. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired for: * Plates were...thrun infront of us * Plates were removed from others on our table whilst others were still eating * Not 1 member of staff smiled at all. Not just at us but other customers * The staff looked miserable and inconvenienced. There is a difference between being busy and being rude! This restaurant is in a great location but it's such a shame that the staff lack service with a smile!More
Ok tapas and very mediocre service. One lady was ok, the other (with the dyed hair) didn’t show a single smile. Plates were thrown on the tables as if it was dogfood. Tapas were ok. My son liked the hamburger, fries were tasty but sloppy....I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Especially if you’re keen on friendly personnel I would visit another one.More
Loved this place had a couple of lunches here our party of 5 all had different dishes and all enjoyed. Recommend the seafood spaghetti crammed full of sea food Lovely views of beach and puerto Mogan
Although tapas by name we had the most amazing steaks. The staff were excellent and great at advising us on the menu. We had an excellent dinner here.
We were looking for somewhere to have lunch whilst visiting Mogan and after checking all the menus on that strip, we decided on here. Our reasoning was, it looked like good value for money, and we weren’t disappointed! My wife had the Spaghetti Cagliari and...I had Sardines (pictured), and both portions were massive and very tasty. The service was very good and the standards were excellent too. We will return here, when next in Gran Canaria.More
If you've ever had tapas anywhere before and expect similar, don't bother. Only thing edible was the garlic bread, also gave me stomach ache after. It's awful and a complete waste of money. Chewy fatty meat, tepid temperature, dreadful food. Children and ourselves couldn't eat...it and the staff looked horrified when I said I wasn't paying for something which was inedible. I used to work in a restaurant so can put up with most things, but this was dire and is in need of vast improvement in the kitchen. I wish I'd read reviews before coming.More
