Went there for dinner with family. Despite 1/3 of the tables being empty, had to wait 20 minutes to get menues. Then the waiter disappeared and we had to wait again. Eventually food was ok, but no service. There are better restaurants around in Kuressaare.

Excellent restaurant, very good service. There are two different restaurants in the house, one is better for dinner, the other for lunch or just a drink.

As we staying in Arensburg Boutique and Spa hotel (another review) at weekend. Decided to go for first dinner in local restaurant, as the restaurant was booked (for wedding party) they direct us to the Muusa Lounge (same menu with the restaurant). First impression was...interesting, Lounge thru 2 floors, nice (different design) interesting. What we did not found was cosiness and the tables were without veil and unclean ! We were only clients at Friday evening, finally choosed the table near cozy sofas. Sometimes i think what should be the different between the movers and waiters :-) They both carry things from location A to location B ! And my point / idea is that the waiters should ADD VALUE to "carrying things" ! At Muusa we did not get it, we had the "mover waiter". But Friday night, they found a bottle of nice prosecco, also one older waiter trained another younger in our bottle of prosecco how to open it. Im agree it is important, but having a bottle in near tabel (it is nice) but if you in cozy sofa enjoying the evening and have to bring your prosecco from another table (in the restaurant it is too much i think, also id like to mention the towel, should be white color was gray-rose). So what i wanted to say we saw our waitress very rarely ! But the food as the main thing ! We hade tuna tar-tar, to be honest i liked-it, because of sliće avocado between the tar-tar, it made me wondering (in good way). The scallops they offered were more boiled than grilled, so a bit weird. The whitefish snack... taste was strange a bit old or something ! Cod fish for main course was a disappointment of the Friday, it was watery with strange slough... The cheese plate served with tomato sauce "ketchup" WOW. Sorry but not the place to enjoy the food or service !More

When enterning to the restaurant, I understood that there was some concert going to happen in the garden and at first the hostess said that it we want to dine then only inside of the restaurant not outside in the garden. I asked if we...can have our drinks and some appetizers in the area outside on the comfortable sofas next to the hotel main door, she claimed that it´s not possible. Luckily another waitress came and said that it´s OK if we sit there. The interior was very nice but the service was lacking. We waited the waitress to come and take our drink order but after waiting for 15 minutes I had to stand up and ask for someone to come. The service manager said that she will be sending a waitress to our table and in 5 minutes she actually showed up. I asked about what was one component in the coctail, which I didn´t know and the waitress said that she doesn´t know. After a while she came back with our drinks and said what the component was. After finishing our drinks we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to ask if we would like to have another drink or a bill but nobody showed up. Therefore, we calculated the amount ourselves, left the money on the table and left the restaurant. Somehow understandable, because there was the concert going to be happen and seemed that the waiting staff were busy with the preparations but as the prices are quite high and the place itself visually promises higher quality it was a disappointment. We went back next evening and again sat at the same area. Had to wait the waitress to bring menus and take our drink orders but again, nobody came within 15 minutes and I had to stand up and ask for service myself. The same scenario happened when we wanted to pay. The waitress seemed to be having forgotten us after bringing our dishes and after 25 minutes of waiting, I decided to ask for the bill mysellf. Overall, nice athmosphere, good food but the service needs improvements and /or more supervision.More

We were taking a walk and thougth that we could not go and eat there as we were not dressed for it. Luckily we decided to walk through the lounge and thought that ok, maybe a GT by the window is ok. Ended up moving...to the couch and enjoying this amazing fresh pea soup. It was as beautiful as I had seen here in TA. So good and so beautiful!More
