We stopped by for drinks on our way from Seven Mile Beach back to the North Side. The outside picnic tables have a great view of the water. Our Waitress, Jessie, was very nice. We had drinks which were well made and beers which were...More

We've been vacationing on the East End of Grand Cayman for many years and for the last six, driving through BoddenTown past the South Coast Bar & Grill. Our group of friends finally stopped for lunch one day and we were all thoroughly delighted with...More

ocean view and great food. Got a tip from the rental car clerk when we picked up the car and he was right. We had the beef stew (not what you would expect) and reasonable from Cayman standards.

We had heard about this place and decided to check it out. The food was good, not outstanding. The salmon was really good and the fish of the day dish was good, too.

Figured we’d try this place even after seeing some not so good reviews. Should have trusted my judgement and stayed away. First, I think there’s a language barrier that is causing some problems with the staff. Second, it seems like they cater to the locals...More

You can definitely do better than this restaurant for dining at a similar price. The view from the water side deck is lovely Cayman shoreline but the food is only ok and service was also only ok.

Stopping in for the lunch special grouper sandwich, cup of soup and a salad. All was very good and will be back on Thursday for lobster night!

Ate here twice during our stay. Lunch, and then returned Thursday evening for their lobster fest. The lobster was seasoned to perfection. Will definitely go again next time we come to Cayman islands!

We had the Grouper, Mahi Mahi, and shrimp and salmon dishes and everyone was thoroughly impressed. This place is right on the ocean and we loved hearing the waves crash all meal long. A great spot if in the area.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the freshness of my fish. The bar is clean and the ocean view relaxing and contemplative. The bartenders will go out of their way to find you that extra special drink you ask for, like, in my case, Patron....More

Managed by the Powell family,South Coast Bar & Grill is located in the village of Breakers, amongst swaying coconut palms and the ocean, in the district of Bodden Town and is approximately 20 minutes drive from George Town the capital. We specialize in local and Caribbean cuisine. We have various dining options, choose from on our seaside patios, Beach dining or in our AC dining room. The atmosphere is relaxing and the prices beats all the restaurants in east end.
