We were staying at a nearby hotel and decided to have lunch here. The situation is unbeatable as it is right on the beach. We had calamari and an excellent paella and a bottle of their home produced wine. The dining room is attractively furnished...and the service is first class. Highly recommended.More

I came to La Fosca as a base to hike a portion of the Cami de Ronda. I was pleasantly surprised to find it located directly on the trail along the beach. Room was very spacious and clean, and the restaurant was above average with...excellent service. Breakfast was an ample assortment of typical Spanish fare.More

We been coming here for about 10 years. Management changed about 3 years ago. The food has remained good, but the 2 visits we had this September the head waiter and waitress were a disaster. Head waiter stone face that would crack if he smiled....Derogatory comment about the guests to the waitress within hearing distance. Impolite. Waitress uninterested, arrogant and unfriendly. Too bad because good location and good food.More

This place is much nicer inside than it looks from the outside. My husband’s turbot was fresh and generous in portion size but nothing came with it so advise to ask for an additional side. I had spaghetti Vongole - it didn’t have many clams...and the flavour a little bland but the pasta seemed fresh and was tasty. House red wine really good. Service was good and the desserts ( profiteroles and truffles) were excellent.More

Enjoyed our lunch, as this restaurant was most conveniently near the chairs we hired for the day, and we considered this was probably the best of the three local restaurants; the fish was excellent, particularly the lubina. No menu of the day but reasonable prices.

Important to notice: there is an extension ON THE BEACH called SANSIBAR. We went there with our 2 children for dinner. The beach will be the best kindergarten for one evening! So what else? Nice, bio & fresh food, sweet prices (but not very cheap),...smart deco (all made of white wood), friendly staff & delightful beach atmosphere...More

Had here a lunch and left very happy! Ordered some vegan variations from the menu - pumpkin soup and veggies. My bf had stuffed peppers with meat in tomato sauce which was a good choice and spaghetti with clams. Great choice of local wine, too....Service was excellent, all speak very good English.More
