We visited here while on holiday. We were seated in a lovely courtyard. The menu has a nice variety. I chose a seafood chowder, i would have preferred more fish and less cream. No masks worn by any staff.

Visited here with family in August 2020. Menu was very limited however the food was lovely. I had fish and chips which were delicious. Overall a lovely dining experience. Wouldn’t sit near the door as the smoke from outside travels in however the manager did...close the door after a while which was greatly appreciated! Would returnMore

Four of us weary travellers stopped here just seeking coffee and scones. What a fab place. Never in my life had scones presented so beautifully on individual slate boards, warmed, dusted with flour and I only wish we had been there for lunch or dinner...as I'm sure it must be scrumptious. If you're visiting Cong for all things Quiet Man or just stopping off on your journey elsewhere I highly recommend a pit stop here, you won't be disappointed. Staff were so warm, welcoming and cheerfulMore

Lydon’s was recommended to us by a friend who works in tourism and hospitality. And what a wonderful recommendation. We decided to visit Cong on a “staycation” and have spent the last two nights eating at Lydon’s. This is the best of who we are...in terms of the kindness and professionalism of the staff, and the quality of the food. Ok, Lydon’s is not aiming to win a Michelin star, but instead focuses on producing consistently good food, with quality ingredients prepared with skill and passion. Pay a visit, you will not be disappointed. There’s a really good vibe about this place.More
