Small innocuous Wee gem of a restaurant, serves very very good Italian cuisine. Run by Italians (always a good start), wife had beautiful creamy tortellini Parmesan sauce with spinach, delicious (black) pizzas with squid ink, and spaghetti with homemade pesto sauce, starters, coffee, and 2 rounds of drinks, all for €64. Really recommend this place which is slightly hidden upstairs... More

La Lanterna probably doesn't get much passing trade, as you would very easily pass by without noticing this first floor establishment, but it is well worth the effort of seeking it out. The menu was varied, although it could be improved with a wider choice of vegetarian courses. I thoroughly enjoyed my carpaccio starter and grilled mixed fish, and the... More

I recommend that you check the location on Google Maps or look for the American Indian Cafe as on a first time visit this treasure is a little difficult to find. Like a number of Restaurants in Puerto del Carmen it is on the First Floor Level with a staircase leading up from the street. Note that the “Red Carpet”... More

On the first visit I had the fresh pappardelle with prawn, courgette and saffron cream sauce. This may be the tastiest pasta dish I have had anywhere! Did not want that meal to end. Tiramisu was also generous and good. We enjoyed this restaurant so much we went for a second time within a week. Second pasta dish I tried... More

We have been visiting pdc for many years but for some reason only noticed this restaurant this year, having visited our previous favourite pizzeria and got charged €16 for a bottle of cava which I saw the very next day in the supermarket for €4 (I know restaurants mark prices up but a bit excessive we thought) we decided to... We went here last year and were very impressed and so decided to go again. We weren't disappointed. The menu was basically the same but with some innovative dishes on the specials board. The house red was very good and for a starter and mains for two we paid just under 50 euros. Very good, will go again next year.

Booked this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend who often eats here. My husband and son both had the xxl pizza which they enjoyed tremendously. I had the lasagna which was nice but a little oily and not too flavoursome, I requested it with chips. Although we were all full up we couldn't resist the deserts, which were very... More

What a find this restaurant was! The owner is so laid back nothing phases him. Good choice of drinks and food. Pasta really good, squid ink pizza base different and really nice. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Our best meal by far in our 10 nights on the island.
