Very bad service, pasta was good but meat was overcooked and dry, i’ve heard so much good about this restaurant but unfortunatly it was disaster

Very rude and snappy service. I felt very unwanted in there. The waitress seemed to be overworked and stressed and clearly was not fit to serve.

We visited the cafe, firstly to have a drink there and secondly because we were planning to have dinner there in the evening. So we wanted to check out the atmosphere and the menu. After the four waitresses ignored us for a long time despite...relatively few guests, we asked if we had to order at the counter. This was denied and said that someone would come to our table. However, we sat there for almost 15 minutes, the tables around us were being served, we were still being ignored. We then left the cafe. Bad luck for them, because of course we didn't eat dinner there either.More

We entered the cafe, got seated,4 ladies were there,it took 15 minutes before we got order our drinks.She new nothing about the drinks in menu even the wine by glass.We had to show the menu to her.After waiting for another 15 minutes we just stood...up for to leave.Someone told that most servers are younger than 18.More

We ordered 3 dishes: tar-tar, pasta and zucchini. Unfortunately no one of the dishes was not good. But the place and service is very nice.

Food was excellent, service was great and helpful. Decor was cute. Nice small street terrace. Would recommend! We heard that place is popular so booking a table would be good thing, though we just walked in and there was room for us.

Lunch was delicious! Service was excellent and professional. Loved every thing we ate. Probably the best eclairs in Estonia.

I tried to book a table on the terrace today but the waiter replied that they don’t book to the terrace. When I went there I saw booked terrace tables. Some clients are more important than others. Fortunately Ormisson restaurant is not far. Good experience.

This is the fourth or fifth time we have visited Kohvik Fellin, which is definitely our favourite spot whenever we visit Viljandi. This time we visited with our daughter for the first time and, as always, we had a great meal. What made this trip...extra special (apart from the weather which was also very good) was our waitress Krista who was without doubt the friendliest person we have met in the catering industry in Estonia !. Nothing was too much trouble and we all enjoyed another great experience at Kohvik Fellin. We are already looking forward to our next tripMore

Bad service! We booked a table there multiple hours ahead and when we got there, there was no table available for us. Waiters were quite rude.

It's a cozy, romantic, beautiful place.The food and the athmosphere were so good but the lady serving us... It was like she wanted us quickly in and out to have other people in the table quickly to earn more. We felt rushed and pushed. Plates...were taken from the table before the last bite and she even asked us if she can now bring the bill "you don't have to leave ofc but hahahaha, can I bring the bill? Can I?"... Because of the service, we won't be going back. Btw, pretty sure she was either the owner or manager - different outfit than the others.More
