We went there for Valentine’s day and it was perfect! The menu, the service, the quality of the food and the taste were unique. We highly recommend it for gastronomical food.

I was invited by a friend for lunch and the EXPERIENCE was outstanding! - The place: Stunning castle, which was built and privately owned in the past. Definitely adds to the experience. - The welcome and waiters are from the highest standard. People are young...(this is the Bocuse School/training centre) which makes it more friendly, less pedantic or pompous. Nice smiles and very high level of professionalism - Food perfect, light, original, outstanding! Menu full at a relatively high but totally justified price - Wine, original, excellent and well advised by the sommelier. - The dining room is nothing flashy, touches of humour, striking the right balance A definite must go recommendation! Thank you all!More

Excellent dinner and service! We were met at the door as soon as our Uber arrived - with a friendly- face to welcome us in. A couple of our guests in our group have food restrictions- and the staff accommodated and remembered throughout the evening....Wine recommendations were perfect! What a gem!More

A wonderful experience! More than a restaurant, it is an experience. I went to dinner with my wife and 8-year-old son. There were only two sequences for the tasting menu and the waiter suggested we order a half menu for our child. The sequences were...really very delicious. In the middle of the sequence the chef sent an extra plate for our boy. We asked the waiter why, and he told us that the chef thought our son could be hungry because he did not eat the second dish. This showed the chef’s concern for the well-being not only of the adults but also of the little ones. It was an amazing experience. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.More

Saisons is part of the institut Bocuse, the school was training for the service only. Dishes were prepared from a proper chef. The food was just perfect but not a lot. I suggest you take the cheese plater. Overall, it is an expensive restaurant, but...you get what you pay for.More

Simply amazing products, services and experiences as you can see the photos. Perfect place for lunch overlooking at beautiful park in front. Feel truly good from every aspect. There are 3 options of menu and 2 of them looks really value for money. The restaurant...offers great selection of wine.More

We enjoyed watching a master chef prepare a sea bass cooked in puff pastry, one of Paul Bocuse's original recipes. Paul is the star, but at age ninety, he did not conduct the class, but it was taught by one of the instructors who held...the rank of MOF (top chef after competing nationally). The fish baked in a choron sauce (reduction of red wined vinegar, shallots, egg yolk, clarified butter, tarragon, tomato paste, chervil, salt and pepper). Hey, it tasted very, very good. The Instituted is located in the western suburbs of Lyon, housed in an attractive fairy castle on lovely grounds. If you get the chance to take this tour, do so, a well spent two hours.More

We ate here as part of a group, so I dont know the price or value. All food was excellent, with a duck magret [breast] that was almost literally melt in your mouth. However, the dining experience was marred by service that strived so hard...to be formal and elevated that it was awkward. All women were served first, which resulted in servers having to cross paths with each other, and some people being missed completely so servers had to make return trips. All this propriety was insulting to the women (this is the 21st century, after all), who still had to wait with their food cooling while the servers finally figured out serving the men. Detracted from what should have been a perfect dining experience:More

The food is prepared and served by students who are trained for both fine French cooking and management. It is clear they have been groomed well. Not only is the food absolutely elegant but great effort was made in the presentation. The apertif we had...was slices of rare fresh tuna over a bed of eggplant pate along with some decorative slices of radish and beet. It was a work of art. The main course was a duck breast with roasted endive and a whole pear (with the core removed) poached in red wine with cardamon. Again a wonderful presentation and delicious meal. Our dessert was a profiterole that was dusted with sugar and toasted and then filled with a caramel pastry cream with hazelnut brittle and small flecks of gold leaf along with a scoop of perfect vanilla that showed flecks of vanilla.More

All the meals were excellent, service very friendly, very professional, pure gastronomical experience, in a castle. The location is charming, restaurant with very few tables. Unique! A must try. An on top with very good prices for such a high standard restaurant. Menus range from...45 euros to 80 without drinksMore

It is a 20-30 minute taxi ride from Lyon, depending upon where you are in Lyon. The retaurant will get a taxi for your return, and the taxi will arrive quickly.
