On route from Johannesburg to KwaZulu Natal/Durban. Rather stop at Harrismith no matter how busy it is. Tortoise slow service, kak food, eggs was cold, chips was cold. Typical Mugg and Bean, no consistency, no benchmark standards. Avoid if you can.

Of all the restuarants that I have visited at this halfway stop, I enjoy this one the most. Obviously not fine dining, but good Mugg & Bean quality. Service is good. They can do with a few heaters in winter though, in my opinion.

Fast and efficient half way coffee break. Yummy muffins as always. Just a pity the soup was from a packet and not the same as in Jhb.

Fast and easy service. No problems. Coffee good quality and size is great. Scones big and tasty. Enjoyable.

Stopped there during our trip from Johannesburg to Durban. The place was very busy due to the fact that it was during Easter holidays. The queue was long. Ordered red cappuccino and hot chocolate and it was great.
