Stayed in Jelsa for 6 nights and tried a different restaurant every night, this was number 1 on our list. We had delicious food, the setting was nice and it had a friendly family run atmosphere.

Our group loved this place so much that we came back for the second time during our one week holiday in Jelsa. Food is really tasty - I loved the local speciality seafood peka - but what makes this place memorable is the friendly staff. It is a small family run place, and you can feel that these people love... More

We visited Jelsa with a rent a car on a rainy day, found a parking and wanted to eat something fast. The restaurant was very near , that was the only reason we went there. It looked a bit cheap, although the toilet is spotless and the waiter very warm and friendly. When we saw the cook, we changed our... More

Cute little retro family restaurant where you can also buy some homemade products. The waiter is just perfect: funny, polite and unobtrusive, yet always at your service. He will take his time to answer all your questions in a very detailed manner. The food was very good. We had mussels stew (which I highly reccomend) and also some chicken risotto... More

We ate here two nights in a row. Mixed grill was great as well as lasagne. The other night we had peka of veal - fantastic! Large portions so we didn't manage to eat everything. Attentive stuff, good wine and very clean place! Locations is maybe not the best one but the place is lovely and cosy. Definitelly one if... More

We went there on recommendation and we had to go back for the second time. Konoba is hidden in the streets of Jelsa, so it not really full of people and it´s really nice. Food was delicious and you can choose from meat, pasta and sea food. Everything is fresh and prepared right before your eyes.

Hi there, I don't want to leave a negative review but I would like to mention that theres definitely a massive room for improvement in terms of quality and presentation of food. I was looking forward to my meal as restaurant has been advertised as quality Croatian and German food. What I received was a very cheap (tasted like out... More

Visited in June, this restaurant is really lovely. Particular highlights..the friendliness of the family/owners, their own lamb which is served in the restaurant, their own red wine which tastes just as good when brought home to cloudy England as it does in Jelsa!

Great familyrestaurant 200 meters from the center of Jelsa. Very friendly and charming staff, fluent in both english and german. Good menu for both grown ups and kids.
