This has to be the best Greek restaurant on the Gold Coast. It's worth the drive. The food provides fair sized but not over the top portions for a fair price while being delicious and genuinely Greek food. Although a little out of the way compared to the tourist areas, it provides a restaurant aimed at return business from locals... More

Once again Belinda, lily and all the staff at athenia gave us 1st class service and we loved celebrating mum's birthday there tonight. The trio of dips, calamari, haloumi, stuffed zucchini and souvlaki were divine as usual. A top gold coast restaurant!

Marvellous food, excellent service and a feeling of that authentic Greek touch. The best Souvlaki you can get in QLD. Definitely recommended !!

We love this place for Lunch. Usually have plates of Tapas style i.e. Haloumi, garlic mushrooms, meatballs etc. The staff are wonderful and really take the time and care to look after you. The Owner has a real sense of humour.

We had been searching for a while for a great Greek Restaurant in the Gold Coast. Had tried the few that are listed on Google and were always disappointed, but then found this treasure. I totally agree with other reviewers who commend the host Majjid for his brilliant hospitality. I have not had such authentic slow cooked lamb since leaving... More

This place was wonderful in every way. The food was amazing, very fresh and came out so quickly. Meal sizes were quite big, great value for money. All the staff were so welcoming and nice. Can't wait to visit again
