This little terraced affair was fantastic, we went back twice in our 2 week holiday. The food is great, something for everyone, well presented and the wait staff were excellent, they spoke English, they had great suggestions and overall this was a real find for us on our holiday.

Had a very nice lunch here, after walking around the village. The place was packed, but we were lucky enough to still get a table. The food was simple but well made. Service was quick and cheerful despite the great amount of customers. It was a little overprized, but I guess you have to live with that in such a... More

We came by for lunch which we had outside on their covered terrace looking up at the rocks & cliffs surrounding La Roque Gageac. The Potence de Boeuf was made with very nice pieces of beef, and the omelet was baveuse as requested with some very tasty cepe mushrooms. Really friendly & attentive staff. Very happy to go back there... More

Had a lovely meal here, 3 of us had the pork with garlic which was delicious, but would have liked a bit more of the pork as there was just 2 thin slices. My son had the duck breast burger that he loved.

We were looking for somewhere to eat after going to chateau de castlenaud. The restaurants we found did not serve food until 7pm. We travelled a short distance to La roque gageac and parked up. We walked along the main road and looked at the menus on offer. We liked the choice available at Le Patio. They were not open... More

Visited here for lunch on a very hot day. Wonderful waitress for whom nothing was too much trouble. Lovely light lunch of tartine for me and burger for my husband. Tasty and served quickly and well presented. We watched when a young family with various puchchairs and carriers were accommodated with tables being moved etc....lovely to see a business where... Really don't get the poor reviews on here at all! Visited as a family of 6 and the food was absolutely wonderful and service excellent! Highly recommend the cottage pie with duck and the house terrine!

We came here on a visit to this pretty town. As it was a Monday, there wasn't much choice of places for lunch. It was ok. Unfortunately hubby had a burger but forgot to tell them to cook it well (bien cuit) so it was a lot rarer than he would usually have it. I had a tartine: an open... More

Had a nice and simple lunch. Very good salads with local ingredients. Try the Perigord salad with foie gras and nuts.
