Like stepping back in time. Food boring, mostly cabinet food. Lacks atmosphere. Noisey. I wouldn't return or take visitors there.

Enjoyed a mid day quick bite here, lovely staff very bubbly lady. Only constructive comment would be to not have tables so close to the toilet area. My family was seated by the cashier in the corner by the toilets and it was not a pleasant experience. Apart from that food is decent, price a bit higher than I would... More

Stopped in for a late breakfast. The food is homemade and fresh. Good old fashioned food.. my husband had a big breakfast and I just ate food from the cabinet.service was friendly and efficient. Loved the option of freshly made juice although I would love to have had a green vege in mine. You know when you see all of... More

There are a lot of really good food and coffee places in Masterton, and this is one of them, not only did we find the food freshly made, but it was also well priced.

In the middle of Masterton Food for Thought is ideal for a snack or lunch. Great range of food and drinks and plenty of tables for any size group. Service is always friendly and helpful.

On the weekend we visited for lunch it was amazing service and food. The children were treated so nice and that's what matters to me the most.

Friendly quick service. Large variety of food which includes cabinet as well as blackboard menu. Soup was excellent and came with a large serving of garlic bread. Nice ice coffee. Heaps of seating and warm. Would go back.

A very friendly cafe in Masterton. Offering the usual hot and cold from a selection that is mostly self serve. Good coffee and freshly made juices to choice. Very friendly service. A haunt for many locals and from further afield. My daughter loves their mince pies. Large enough not to feel claustrophobic even on busy days. And an outside area... More
