Delicious food. Great service. Welcoming atmosphere. We felt like we were part of the family. We initially went to a fancy restaurant down the street, but they were closing to prepare for evening hours. Although Sanstefano was not officially open, we were invited in and...the kitchen was opened for us.More

My brother, boyfriend, and I decided to go for an early dinner and made a reservation on TheFork at 6:30pm less than an hour before. As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly and welcoming. Throughout our meal, we enjoyed lovely conversation with...the waiter (owner?) who made sure to answer any of our questions and gave us the opportunity to try their delicious biscotti as well as a very very good bottle of wine. I had the gnocchi with clams, my boyfriend had spaghetti pomodoro and the tuna filet, and my brother had the spaghetti with bacon, onion, etc. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dinner and we’re very glad we came to this restaurant because of not only the fresh and delicious high quality food, but for the staff as well. Thank you!More
We made a last minute reservation and were greeted warmly by the chef/owner and server. Clean, simple tables; windows overlooking the sea and sunset; great service. The tagliolini limone was spectacular as was the mixed grill of very fresh polpo, scampi, and a locally caught...fish whose name I cannot remember. We dined early, but it was filled with locals celebrating special occasions by the time we left. We will go back!More

The owner is a wonderful gentleman who makes you feel like an honored guest and the food is absolutely scrumptious!
This was our last supper before boarding our flight to return to the USA and I could not have planned a better memory for my...wife’s and my last evening in Italy.
I cannot recommend this place enough and thank you sir.More

We went to this restaurant as there were quite a good numbers of positive reviews. We made a reservation on The Fork for 7pm, unfortunately, we were made to wait outside the restaurant until 7.30pm as that is the opening time for business??? We ordered...the crustacean risotto and 1 of the 2 veal dishes on the menu. However, both were not available. The waiter suggested the beef bistecca steak and we asked for it to be medium done. The 150 grams steak which cost €15 came out very well done served with a few pieces of salad, see picture. Our risotto came with 1 piece of shrimp and a tiny piece of crawfish, see picture. When the bill arrived, there was a €5 charge, see picture. I asked what was that for and the waiter told me that it was the charge for the tablecloth??? This is the first time in my 3 weeks in Italy that I was charged for a tablecloth. By the way, we didn't had the bread which apparently was what the charge was. Please be warned.More
This restaurant serves fresh fish. We had crudo, tuna tartar, insalata polpo, tagliolini limone. All was fresh and had the flavor of the sea in every bite. Massimo was gentilezza with just the right amount of drama. You will not be disappointed.
Once again , spending the night in Fiumicino before an early flight. This time we ate at Ristorante SanStefano... what a great meal. Excellent. We had Sautè di cozze (mussels), I had Spaghetti al Cartoccio and my wife had the Mixed Grilled Fish with Sea...Bass... absolutely a great meal. So nice to have fresh fish... If you go there ask for Massimilliano.. Very friendly people....More
