The best Pint of Guinness all weekend. Locals were more than helpful. Home made food that was well presented and very tasty plus very reasonable. They also have the football on.

Many pubs have started serving a limited menu in September, but not this one! We had the Stuffed Turkey and ham with creamed potatoes and carrots. The servings were generous and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly.

We stopped in for a drink as Wednesday night has a traditional evening after 9 pm.The lounge was quiet but the music was enjoyable and the cosy fire was inviting. The bar man was friendly and the lounge was spacious.

Fantastic both times we visited. Both in terms of the food and the service. Charming staff who couldn't help you enough. They are huge portions but absolutely delicious. Loved ot and if we lived here would do no cooking at weekends for sure. Many thanks
