We brought both tuna and mahi-mahi that we had caught offshore fishing and Rosi's cooked both up for us. Simply outstanding and the value cannot be beat in Nosara.

Rosi's is traditional Tico food, not much innovation because they have perfected the dishes and make them that way every time. I have tried everything there, but the huevos rancheros are my go to. Fresh juices and decent coffee.
