This restaurant is exceptional ! It belongs to a hotel but it is self-sufficient. The dinner is fantastic and price worth. Sitting on the terrace, hearing the birds and enjoying the costa-rican/peruvian kitchen is an amazing highlight. The owner is talking with you in english...and also in german! Trained in Switzerland and Germany. A great experience. Normal prices. Highly recommended not only because of the fish Ceviche, which is famous there. We will come back!More

Casual or to go lunch to excellent sit-down dining. All al fresco and delicious. Full bar. My go to lunch was their delicious dinner salad (mangoes, avocado,, greens in a berry vinaigrette and some wings!

I have been coming to Nosara for 14 years. Pacifico Azul is one of the best restaurants in town. A couple of my favourites are the calamari and shrimp curry. The staff are very friendly. Casual nice atmosphere with upscale quality food.

The atmosphere was Costa Rica! The service was very good and the food was excellent. If your looking for casual dress but a little more upscale than a beach bar. We had fish plates and you could tell it was very fresh. We had several...cocktails of course, very much up to par for getting your moneys worth. If you have the time give it a try.More

Was staying next door at The Nomadic. Some of the best mahi mahi I’ve had, simple prep but tasted straight out of ocean. I asked for a side of salsa and it was just an amazing combo with the rice and beggies. Great ambience too...and met some interesting people!More

Loved this restaurant. The food was fabulous and the service was good. I would return on my next visit. Pasta was cooked perfectly. There were eight adults and we all loved our dinners. Salads also great.

I went to Pacific Azul restaurant while on a trip in Playa Guiones, Nosara. Our family has been frequenting Playa Guiones since 2004 and we’ve eaten in almost all the restaurants (I say almost because there are always new ones popping up). I had the...Fish In Thai Green Curry with Coconut and it was TO DIE FOR! DELICIOUS! I liked it so much that I wrote down the ingredients and replicated it at home. I look forward to going back on my next trip and eating there again. They specialize in fish and seafood and their menu does not disappoint. This wasn’t my first fabulous meal there and it certainly won’t be the last.More

Good seafood at a roadside terrace restaurant. Not right on the beach but set back a few hundred yards. Currently some construction next door so extra dusty above the normal amount. The seafood was good. Calamari fried just right and a savory Caribbean curry sauce....The ceviche was a nice large portion and very good. Not as spicy as I might have suspected but that’s quite fine. The Casado was delicious and very good. More expensive than a cantina but well worth trying.More

Sorry I do not know. Last two times we just stopped in and there was just a little wait, but I imagine on Christmas Eve it will be packed. Maybe call them?
