It was a fantastic dinner experience. Very fresh food and kind people. The lasagna and pizza were absolutely killer. Good wine list and selection of foods

Truly great Italian restaurant by the beach. We loved their waiting staff and bartenders. Always ready to serve with a smile and efficiency. We had great wine and cocktails served by their awesome bartenders. Also their brick oven pizzas are to die for, we loved...each and every one that we tried from their menu. And their tables by the beach offer you a nice cozy spot to conversate and enjoy the sunsets and take in the local beach scene.More

This was amazing! Great food and really authentic Italian. Roberto, however, really is what makes this place special. They make a fantastic Negroni, in fact, best I've had outside of Italy! Great vibe. Highly recommend!

Imagine being in Rome. Maybe walking the neighborhoods of Ludovisi or Trevi where you can walk into an unassuming restaurant and have the best Italian food you ever ate. That’s Dolce Vita! Roberto is the owner and host who has an endless supply of culinary...talent and hospitality. Nosara has a lot of Italian style restaurants and a lot of them are upscale pizza places. This is the real deal Italian cuisine. The olive oil and garlic dips that you get when you sit down are so good they are beyond description! Roberto makes you feel right at home and his passion for food and hospitality is unmatched in Nosara. He’s being doing the same thing since at least 1997. His passion and hospitality seems to get stronger every year! You feel welcome when you sit down and you feel that they were truly happy to host you when you leave. Roberto and Dolce Vita are a Nosara treasure. A real and true Nosara vacation is not complete without a meal at Dolce Vita. Go eat! You won’t be disappointed!More

Roberto was (as always) the best host during our most recent trip to Dolce Vita. We absolutely love this restaurant for the ambiance, service, and amazing food. I love Roberto's Pappardelle with ragu. It is one of my favorite dishes and I think about it...all year long, even when I am not in Nosara. The meal starts with a variety of amazing dipping sauces with flat bread that are so delicious that I have to try to not fill up on them before my dinner comes. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.More

We had just arrived in Nosara and after a long day of travel, were desperate for a great meal. It was Christmas Eve, and the owner, an Italian transport, was as charming as can be... passionate about food and how it's prepared. We had the...most delicious meal - lobster and pasta, al fresco...and the place was decorated festively. We had a perfect evening here.More

Roberto took very good care of us. He’s clearly proud of Dolce Vita and the delicious food they serve. We eat high quality Italian food in Brooklyn & NYC all the time and this was on par with some of the best. We had people...as you g as 11 and as seasoned as 75 in our group - everyone came away happy.More

The Food was very good for Nosara conditions. Good wine as well. Overall very expensive like everything in Nosara! Do not reccomend going to Nosara at all if you like authentic places. But if you go, this place is good for dinner!

While this place isn't cheap, we came here twice during our stay and had two wonderful meals. Good service, traditional Italian dishes plus some seafood options. $47 bottle of chianti was darn good. Cash only, so be prepared.
