Can’t believe we only found this little gem on our last night …..absolutely wonderful! Home cooked food is mouth-wateringly delicious, nostalgic music and atmosphere are fabulous …and the welcome and hospitality from Alfie and his mum were really warm and special (thank you!)

Lovely place. We have visited Playa Blanca lots of times and had never visited but we realised this was a mistake! My in-laws were holidaying with us last time and they visited first - they loved the gins and the homemade food, namely the chicken...curry. I went the following day just before the kitchen was due to close. Alfie’s mum (so sorry I didn’t catch your name but given we will definitely be back I’ll be sure to get it!) happily stayed on to make our food. Excellent service. She then stayed behind to talk to us for a while and was extremely helpful in answering our questions about the area. She is so lovely and down to earth. Same can be said about Alfie - a really lovely guy. Love the food, drinks and music! Lovely place to sit with a really chilled out, family friendly vibe. We will be back!More

On Holiday late March 2022, randomly stopped off for a drink one afternoon while out for a walk, checking out the menu decided to have a bite to eat. Was highly impressed by both the food and service (which were told could be a while...- as it all had to be made and cooked to order) No problem for us, more excuse for another drink and chill the afternoon away. We were joined by other family members who had come out looking for us thinking we were lost... They too had drinks and food and we made an afternoon of it. All impressed we booked a table for the evening and also returned a few days later. Yes, the prices may seem a little of the high side, but you are paying for quality not quantity. Not like one of the cattle troughs that you get around the marina area - move you in move you out as soon as you've finished. This is a place to chill and relax (Excellent rioja wine b.t.w) British owed and family run and Alfie himself as waiter, cocktail barman and bottle washer. Pros: Extensive Menu. Wide range of drinks and wine. food to British tastes. Cons: Can get busy, need to book for evenings. Restricted opening hours/days.More

Lovely place to have a drink or meal. Great host, good menu and good atmosphere. Worth the short walk from the marina. Generous drinks and reasonable prices.

We absolutely love visiting Alfie’s When we see he had scotch eggs as a special we had to go They were amazing as well as the steak and ale pie Thank you again for another amazing evening

First visit this evening for me and my parents had a lovely time. Fabulous food and drinks. ……the gins were huge!!!! Espresso martini lovely! All food great!!! Welcoming place..... not constantly in your face but attentive to what you need....... so glad we went out...our way to book and visit.... .. thanks guys!!!!! I will defo return on my next visit to Playa blanca!More

Absolutely amazing food and service very welcoming staff lovely atmosphere haven’t been anywhere else for food as all food is freshly made I would definitely recommend tequila chicken absolutely amazing
