I’d give this place a 6 if I could. Wonderful ambiance, music, service but most all the food. I had the Portuguese steak which is for sure one of the top 10 meals I’ve had anywhere in the world. A great restaurant, with nice service and delicious food. We appreciated how the lead waiter was very helpful about my friend's allergies and overall is was a nice experience.

Tomahawk steak was excellent, as were the sides that accompanied it. Wine was good, the cocktails were just ok. Sadly (having booked in advance too) we were seated on time, but waited 25 minutes for a menu and 55 minutes in total to get a...drink (even just water) we weren't in a rush but this just put a little downer on our last night. The food came quickly after, but we would have liked to enjoy the view with a drink in hand! The price was reasonable given the quality of food!More

We went to Restaurant F 3 times in the week were in Praia da Rocha if that is any indication of how much we loved it! The beet risotto was AMAZING!! I had it all 3 times being a vegetarian and that was the only...entree I could get, but I did not mind, it was that good! My daughter had all three of the meat dishes and loved them all! The vegetable cream soup is delicious. Also loved the chili margarita. The staff remembered us on our second visit which was nice. The staff goes above and beyond. Could not have enjoyed ourselves more in the beautiful setting!!!More

We ate here on our last night. We were worried as we headed toward it as there are a lot of noisy bars etc around it but once up the stairs and on the terrace the view was lovely. The food was really good and...well presented. We were lucky to be outside which made the experience great. The service was a little slow at times but we were not in a rush. The only thing that tainted it a bit was they added cocktails that we had not had to the bill - which we noticed but it did make us wonder if others get charged 'extras' and do not notice.More

The food was excellent and the staff paired a fantastic local aged white wine with our meal. We went back for another evening a day later.

The food was great! We loved the rubia and portuguese beefs and the tuna tartare! The desserts were very good as well! However, the service is what makes me put a 4 stars…! More warmth from the waiter and waitress is needed. The chef, however,...was very kind.More
