Wife and I visited for a meal we were not disappointed,not much more to say staff attentive and pleasent.food excellent nice sized portions.

All you can eat system with many options on the menu, everything we tried was very good. Some of the staff were a bit rude, that’s the only thing we didn’t like.

I have eaten sushi for many years and can honestly say this is the worse sushi I have ever eaten. I am now extremely sick since eating the meal tonight. It was disgusting

Came here with friends, we had the all you can eat menu which included sushi. The restaurant is know as Asia Tokyo and combines sushi and sashimi dishes with Chinese and Asian dishes. Pre-Covid, I am guessing this was buffet style, however it was table...service when we visited. To start, I had a platter of six sushi dishes to start (you can order a maximum of six dishes in one sitting) as long as you can finish them you can order more. The sushi was superb, well portioned and fresh with delicious fish and seafood. To follow i had a platter of sashimi which included Octopus, Squid, Cuttlefish and Tuna, it was enormous, however quality was not sacrificed at the expense of quality. To finish I had the crispy beef dish, which could have done with a bit more chilli, however the beef itself was very nice. Overall, I would say this is probably the best of the all you can eat oriental restaurants in Praia, service was very good throughout and the restaurant was busy all the time we were there which is always a good sign. I ordered two types of pasta, they were tasteless and very broken. they looked like they were from the day before. very long waiting time for take away.

I left a poor review a few years back but since then we’ve been again and the food and service have been fantastic. So much choice and such well cooked food. Excellent value as well and one of the few places that still keeps the...tradition of a free port at the end of your meal. Plus a little boiled sweet. Can’t wait for next Sept.More

I believe that in any company regardless of the quality of the product or its service, a good treatment and smile in the face is well aworthy. I recommend if you want a good sushi with a great view but still is not 100% friedly...environment staff.More

This restaurant has been refurbished to a high standard and the price has risen to €13.95 for the 'all you can eat' menu but it is well worth it. There is a wide choice of both Japanese and Chinese items. The cold dishes are full...of flavour and the fish tastes really really fresh and top quality. The hot dishes are freshly cooked and served piping hot. A very small criticism is that the portions are too large i.e. a sushi dish is 6 pieces whereas 3 would be better if you want to try a variety of flavours. Service is very friendly both from the staff and from the owners who seem to be always on hand to keep an eye on things and to welcome their customers. A particularly nice gesture was that I had mentioned that one of our party was on medication and only had a small appetite and at the end the lovely lady owner gave me a discount to allow for this. It is, and will be, our favourite oriental restaurant in the Algarve although because it is now getting so popular find it advisable to book a table.More
