Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This restaurant is a hidden treasure! Down an alley but opens to a courtyard with a charming outside and inside warmth. Served a delicious loaf of homemade bread, ordered a liter of house red wine then on to 10 yummy small plate anti pastas ....Fresh organic locally grown dishes, green beans, artichokes, onions, zucchini, mushrooms, cauliflower, carrots, bread balls, buffalo mozzarella with local cappiacolla, green/red peppers, rosemary potatoes, and local cheese with apple jam! Wow. Everyone prepared different, unique, with local olive oil. Then a second piatti of wine braised local angus beef .. a generous portion ! ( we had room for the primo piatti.. but saved space for a creamy tiramisu that melted in your mouth. Last complimentary after dinner liquors, limoncello, 2 kinds of local apple liqueur and last a Chocolate one. Last but not least a wonderful, friendly server named Meade. She was excellent!!! Please visit here…. You will be happy and FULL!More

Typical pugliese restaurant with homemade typical food, I went there with a group of friend and all of us really enjoy the food, the service is not so quick but we where on holyday, just one error by the waiter, they make a mistake with...one dish but it was good as well. Honest pricesMore

The place is quite cozy and the staff is very friendly. We were lucky enough to be met initially by the owner of the place who greeted us cheerfully and showed us about the local cuisine. Go prepared to stay at least two hours, try...the various types of hors d'oeuvre, sipping delicious Italian wine until your main course arrives freshly prepared in this great restaurant!More

My daughter is gluten free- potentially difficult in a pasta & pizza-loving country. Julia, the owner, took our phone booking from the uk and told us they catered for gf. A little hard to find as it is tucked up an alley, Julia welcomed us...and form there we had a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was great and there was even live music in the little courtyard. I would so recommend this restaurant. Our first night on Puglia and a great start to the holiday.More

This place came recommended by our host so we decided to give it a go. Although we didn't have reservation, we were able to get a table. The first thing we noticed were the stares from the locals which felt a little uncomfortable, but once past...that stage we were ok. The kitchen is local cuisine and our host did not exaggerate. Plain and honest, well prepared food at a very reasonable price. I had the veal cutlet that must have weighed about 500gr. This would have cost at least twice as much at home. Needless to say that with these portions we skipped dessert so can't comment on that. Overall a pleasant experience, would go there again.More

No airs and graces in this simple restaurant but you can have a good, honest meal at a very fair price. Best to ask what is "on" that day although there is a menu. Great home made bread.

Cute little trattoria with delicious handmade pastas. The texture on the pasta was hearty so the sauces stuck to it. Really simple but perfect. I'd eat here again! FYI, Pizza isn't available for lunch like in most places because the oven takes so long to...warm up. So the menu is small when you don't include pizza.More
