I could only concur with previous reviewers about freshness of the ingredients and traditional recipes . Though the undeniable winner here is the view. It is absolutely gorgeous. We had traditional tzatziki and Greek salad followed by goat stew and boiled goat. It was tasty . But not memorable. Would we stop here for a second time - yes though... More

Homemade cooking, following traditional recipes and using the best local materials. The 90% of our raw materials are their own products so that they can guarantee for their quality and taste. It is worth tasting local cheese such as: graviera, mizithra, anthotiro fresh or dried, all of them made in traditional “mitata” of our plateau, the original pure meat and... More

As the title says Panorama by name and panorama by nature. Sitting above the Askifou Plateau this taverna has stunning views across the plateau as well as the old Turkish Fort sat on top of a hill. We had a lovely meze lunch which was made with fresh local ingredients and the food certainly complimented the view. The service was... More

mainly a grill place. Our food was only average. Although they were welcoming at the entrance once they got us sat down with a wine and had taken our order they didn't speak to us once! We spent 10 mins trying to attracet attention for the bill. It was the same for another English pair of diners. They were really... More

We arrived just before dark to take some photos of the view which was nice but not as panoramic as I had hoped. The restaurant is quite simple (a plus in my opinion) but the mostly local food is freshly cooked and delicious, the owner/waiter is charming and nothing was too much trouble. The prices are very reasonable even with... More

We were looking for a less busy place to celebrate my husbands birthday with family. Parga was a little too full. We went to this restaurant a few nights before and decided this had to be the place for our birthday celebration. The owner can't speak English but he is the nicest man, genuine, kind and funny. The menu is... More

From the street this restaurant does not look much but there is a large seating area around the back. The food and service were excellent. The atmosphere was great. We ate in most restaurants in Anthousa and we would rate this one very highly and affordable.

I stayed for one night at the place next door and decided to eat in Taverna Panorama. It turned out to be great choice. Right from the start the waiter was very friendly, the view of the Anthoussa castle lighted at night great and overall atmosphere with Greek music in the back very very nice. And the food was fabulous!... More
