I went here a few times with my brother and sister-in-law. Most of the time we're happy with our meals, on one occasion probably not the best. My sister-in-law ordered via using Vietnamese, surely can't go wrong with that right? WRONG, our order got mucked up. The waitress clearly wasn't up to speed of what's been taken out. Some items... Very good from what I've already visited. The noodles weren't slimy at all but instead, more crisp. Definitely and welcomed surprise. The service was excellent even though no one spoke good English.

Been getting my pho fix from here for years. Pho is always good, service is always good. Lunch time is filled with people lining up for their sandwich rolls which seem great value & by the looks of things very tasty

This restaurant has been here for a few years which is a long time for the area. They have a great menu which is a good blend of North & South Vietnamese and some good specials. Omelette is big and very tasty with generous filling. Pork tender and tasty. Whole fish excellent. Staff are very helpful and happy. No cards... More

Saigon Light is our fallback restaurant when we are too lazy to cook. The food is cheap and it’s good enough. We have seen a little decline in quality of food and quantity of food. They have now also introduced Banh Mi, Vietnamese rolls, which are quite good and is a good size for a light lunch. The Vietnamese mung... More

Crowded, busy, noisy. That is the sign of a great Vietnamese Restaurant. There is a wide choice of meals, always quickly prepared, with quite good service. One of our favourite eating places in Glen Waverley

I think the food here is average. I always have the grilled lemon grass chicken and tomato rice because I think that’s the best thing here. My other half always order the Beef noodle soup Hue style, which he says it’s ‘okay’. We come here if we want a change from the Malaysian restaurants, but after I have a meal... More

Went back a few times, the standard of service is really poor. Over a course of a week I went in three times for some pho, which is delicious, on the first asked for a beer, sorry sir we have run out. Ok no problem but....next two times they had not restocked, so the last time I ask to bring... More

Went there for lunch with family. Had a great Pho. Service is so so, but food delicious. Would recommend for a casual inexpensive lunch with family or friends.
