Family business, Mamma in the kitchen, 2 sons run the restaurant room. We were there two times within 3 years and they keep same high level of dishes and services. if sweets are not your favorit dish order a pancake from starters menu as your decer. Marvelous.

We are Foodies, Family of 4. We spent 2 weeks in Italy. In our collective opinion best Italian food we had ( BTW we never agree on anything). Plus the services was amazing. The waiters (may of been owners) made us feel right at home. All 4 of us loved the homemade pasta with garlic and tomato sauce. Everything they... More

They were recommended by the Agriturismo we stayed at, and we weren't disappointed. We got the Gnocchi and the grilled porkchop, and the food was excellent. Just thinking about the prom chop is making my mouth water. Definitely one of the highlights in our sojourn to Pienza.

Fabulous family run restaurant....very small, feels like you are in somebody's home. Both the food and service were fantastic. Had Mama Fiorella's homemade pici ragu....delicious! Also shared a panna cotta which was amazing. Great restaurant to try when in Pienza!

We booked a place in advance following a recommendation of local friend . The place is small and cosy with a professional service quality . But what was more impressive is the quality of the food , which is a bit different and more sophisticated than what is offered in the restarurants in this area .

What a treat to meet the brothers that run the restaurant. So glad the manager of La Bandita sent us over for dinner. We were there with many local couples and enjoyed the great food and wine. From the warm pecorino appetizer to the panacotta...the whole meal was delicious! I loved the small setting, it felt communal, yet still upscale.... More

We landed here as the restaurant we had in mind was way too tiny (and it wasn't a real restaurant, more of a bar); we have been welcomed as soon as we entered. We asked the manager for his advice and we're glad we followed his suggestions as everything was delicious (the FIORENTINA was HUGE). Our vegetarian friend ended up... More

Four of us had a variety of food during our meal and we were all pleased with our selections. My polenta appetizer was very good. I'm a meat eater but my sister's cheese entree looked really yummy. We also had ossobuco and lamb. All in all this was a very good meal.

We got to this place by searching reviews on Tripadvisor and it didn't disappoint us. Excellent food, friendly staff with average prices. I chose gnocchi with pumpkin sauce, amazing!
