You will eat the best Bistecca alla Fiorentina to the bone! The service is perfect and the wine list extraordinary. Alittle bit expensive but it worths it! Please listen to their advice on how raw you should order your meat... They know! Do not miss the "dolce"!

This restaurant was recommended to us by a local bar owner and she was right, the food was outstanding, the ambience was great and the feel of the place (mostly locals coming for a huge to-share steak) was proper Tuscan. The wine selection was outstanding, the service very good and the fresh, local food was worth its price. It's not... More

We had a really excellent meal here. The quality of the meat is very good; they are cooked on hot coals before a roaring fire. The side of potatoes is crisp and beautifully caramelized. The spinach side could have been picked an hour before it was so fresh. We were also stunned by the quality of the ricotta in the... More

40 of us had dinner at this place and it was impressive the way they did it. It was a fixed menu but all the dishes were attractively finished and well plated. Main course was Cinta Sense Pork Chops freshly cooked on their indoor brasse so I had mine cooked medium and it was perfect. Lovely place and nice friendly... More

Sunday afternoon. The whole town seemed to be asleep. Except that we went into this restaurant that turned out to be so good. The food was excellent and the place is really historic-looking while modern.

It was our first restaurant in Tuscany, suggested by the owner of our B&B. Was a bit pricier than what we wanted for our trip but it was worth it with it's 1.7kg Bisteca!

We had a great meal here. The starters are huge and delicious? They major on meat from a barbecue. And they do it really well. If you are in Asciano or within driving distance give it a try you will not regret it.

It's noisy, it's crowded with Italians, it's what I expected from a popular restaurant. Even though it might be fairly unknown this restaurant is a gem. The staff is admittedly laid back but it does add to the charm of Italy. Few mistakes were made (forgetting my sides and omitted a part of the entree) but the smile and the... More
