Came here after viewing TripAdvisor reviews. Didn't disappoint. So nice that the 3 kids insisted on getting Khan spices takeaway for the last night of our week in Trim. These guys take no shortcuts, you get what you order. Keep it up.
We first discovered Khan Spices 8 years ago and it was so good that we have been looking forward to a return ever since. We brought our 4 kids (ages 5 to 14) and they absolutely loved it. It’s not just a an amazing meal...but an unforgettable experience.More
We went to Trim for the afternoon to view the castle. Walked around the town in search of a bite to eat. None of the pubs we went to served food. As we wandered around an "Open" sign down an alleyway caught my eye. Indian...food! My nephew had never had Indian food so we ventured on in. The restaurant was tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful meal and overall memorable experience. The owner of the establishment was very gracious and welcoming (and as another reviewer mentioned - without being invasive). My nephew's first experience with Indian food was one he will always remember. I would gladly return to this restaurant.More
We went here after it being recommended by our b&b host. And we were not disappointed, the restaurant was bright and the decor was nice. The service was excellent, the owner took time to talk with all of the patrons. And the food was wonderful...with very generous portions. The owner even offered to take us back to the b&b when we were leaving, will definitely be back when we are in the area again.More
Stopped into their outdoor seating area for a lovely meal. The staff where great. The food was wonderful and we had enough leftover to takeaway with us, so had a yummy lunch the next day too. Well worth a visit and very reasonably priced.

I don't actually see a question being asked here. The overwhelming consensus is that this is an excellent South Asian restaurant flourishing in a small Irish town in large part to a diligent and extremely helpful owner and staff. I have little sympathy for someone who complains because they tripped on a step, suffered a minor injury from the water temperature in a washroom tap, or stabbed themselves with a fork. If a customer was run over by the waitstaff or made ill by the food, then complaints regarding the restaurant would be justifiable, but that does not apply to a situation like this. Otherwise, restauranteurs leave themselves open--as in the case in the US--to enormous damages resulting from a customer spilling hot coffee on themselves.

I was told by my manager that they asked for a table which was away from other tables. So they were given a table according to their wish. But as the lady was already sobre/drunk so they asked for beers which were served and order for the food was taken and prepared. Upon serving the food the lady went to the washroom and called her partner from there that she felt pain in her hands as the water was very hot. But the manager was told about it by her partner. Upon this manager went to their table but she wanted the manager to come inside the washroom. Manager refused to go inside and told them that it's against norms to go the lady's washroom in presence of the guest lady there. He told them that a sticker is there which says Hot water please. And just left the restaurant without paying..neither for food nor for drinks. One can't find a single review out of more than 700 which reflects rude or unfriendly behaviour of the staff towards guests as all the staff are extremely professional and serving the guests for exceeding the expectations of our valued customers.
