I don't actually see a question being asked here. The overwhelming consensus is that this is an excellent South Asian restaurant flourishing in a small Irish town in large part to a diligent and extremely helpful owner and staff. I have little sympathy for someone who complains because they tripped on a step, suffered a minor injury from the water temperature in a washroom tap, or stabbed themselves with a fork. If a customer was run over by the waitstaff or made ill by the food, then complaints regarding the restaurant would be justifiable, but that does not apply to a situation like this. Otherwise, restauranteurs leave themselves open--as in the case in the US--to enormous damages resulting from a customer spilling hot coffee on themselves.
