My wife and I had a very romantic restaurant experience in Jules. The service was great all around. Great dinner specials and the atmosphere was perfect for carrying a private conversation.

We had dinner here after a tour of Trim Castle and we were not disappointed. The appetizers of cream of vegetable soup and marinated chicken salad were tasty! The dinner of braised Hereford beef and sea bass were quite good— prepared well and seasoned well....Brownie for dessert was an added treat.More

Was down visiting this beautiful hotel with my partner for an overnight stay (from Belfast) He had a secret word with the manager of the restaurant, Kevin and told him that we were getting engaged. Kevin arranged for my partner and I to view the...roof garden, where my partner did the whole down on one knee thing and I said..."Yes" Nothing was too much trouble for Kevin and his staff!!!! They went above and beyond, they brought us out an extra plate of desserts too, congratulating us. Thankyou so much Guys for making a special night that little bit more memorable.More

We had an excellent time at trim castle Hotel, jules restaurant food was amazing and the staff couldn't do enough can't wait to go back 10/10.

Lovely night was had at Jule's restaurant. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and prompt. Something on the menu to suit all tastes, though the alcohol free options from the bar were VERY limited. Very good value, would benefit from some background music, to...create an apmosphere. Overall, lovely experience. Will definitely return.More

We had a pleasant enough Saturday night meal here, but details let it down. chicken wings starter were tasty and generous. Scallops were a tease, with only 2 little scallops , and too much raw cauliflower. Beef cooked 3 ways was good, but needed a...sauce. The room is spacious and lovely large tables add to the comfort. What really let it down was the service however. All the staff seemed rushed and distracted. The specials weren’t explained, finger bowl was forgotten, and plates were given to us without explanation. Being presented with an unsolicited dish can be delightful, but not when the server disappears as you ask what it is.... ‘the sorbet’ as she ran off. Still not sure what flavor it was. I’d be willing to try here again, as I feel perhaps they weren’t at their best this night.More

Always superior food served here. We really enjoy the ambiance and look forward to dining here. Food is always well presented from talented chefs with great attention to detail.

I visited here last week with my dad for a meal. A server by the name of James was absolutely fantastic, took great care of us from the moment we walked in the door. The standard of food is top notch and was really delicious....Would definitely return because of the welcoming service we received from James and the rest of the staff.More

Which is a shame because the food and service is excellent. I don’t know whether it’s the lighting but it lacks any atmosphere. But it’s forgiven as the menu is excellent. See photo, menu is small, delicious and appetising. Saturday night and we had the...3 course set menu for €25.00. Unbelievably good value. Crab cake and Goats cheese samosas to start. Strawberry black pepper sorbet in between courses. Chicken supreme and Sirloin steak for mains perfectly cooked. Millefeuille and Mandarin parfait for desert. I would recommend all the dishes. Service is excellent, prompt and very friendly. Strongly recommend, if only they could do something about the cold and dreary ambience.More
