Had a lovely visit to Franzinis. Food was great and the staff were fantastic and very friendly. The owner was very charming!

Came here on our first night in Trim after a long drive. Mam dad and three kids. So we were seated and ordered drinks. Starter of soup and sharing platter of nachos came out. Soup tasteless and watery and barely warm. TINY portion of nachos...and Massive bowl of Salsa. So we're left with that and nothing to dip it into it. Drinks still haven't arrived. Eventually reminded a waiter and got drinks. Mains came. Fish and chips average at best. Salmon special , well just salmon and mash. Carribean chicken curry was the worst of the three by far. Tasted like it had been made with some type of Chinese curry paste not what we had expected no veg whatsoever. Anyway finished the mains and younger kids still hadn't got their simple pasta dish. Manager came to apologise and offered us all sorts of side dishes and extras as an apology but really it was too little to late for us. Kids Eventually got the pasta and we left disappointed. Seems totally disorganised. And we had pre booked.More

Found FRANZINIS restaurant through Google. Staff and food excellent, couldn't fault it at all. Staff not having experience of Espresso Martini, gave it a try and excelled. Beautiful restaurant and charming owner/manager - well worth a visit.

My wife and I had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding anniversary at this lovely restaurant on Friday last. WE were made feel important from the minute we got to the podium at the entrance where we were greeted by the maitre'd. The staff were...all very attentive and kept checking that all was ok and the food was delicious 10 out of 10More

As my first indoor dining experience for 2021, I was very impressed with how Covid Compliant the restaurant was, which made for a relaxing night out. The choice of menus, both early bird and a la carte is impressive and the food itself did not...disappoint. The staff were engaging and efficient and I look forward to a return visit.More

Was in Franzini on Friday 6th of august. It was busy. But the owner Franco went out of his way to make sure my night was great. One of the best places in trim and co.Meath to eat. Love the food and would go regularly...for sit down and takeawayMore

Visited Franzinis after a recommendation from staff in Trim Castle Hotel & we weren’t disappointed. Good menu, lovely space, friendly staff & good value. Brie was probably the nicest I’ve ever had. Good options for teens too.
