In terms of “kerb appeal” you would likely dismiss it as a serious restaurant - you would be so wrong. Ruccula has the No1 rating in Alvor but I think Jasmine will get to No1 very soon. It is certainly as good. Duarte is the...master chef and his interpretation of classic meals is just wonderful. Vasco provides an impressive and welcoming presence as front of house. We visited last night for dinner with old friends for special farewell dinner. This was our third visit to Jasmine and expectations were high. We were not disappointed! Greeted by friendly Vasco and Ruben who remembered us from previous visits. Minor subtle changes to menu...this time around. Aperitif drinks to begin whilst making menu selection. Couvert and delicious salmon gravalax starters, followed by fillet mignon, rib-eye steaks, duck and shrimp rice. Well cooked, presented nicely, good sized portions promptly served after an acceptable wait. Amphora and Esporao Reservas Alentejo red wine, with sparkling water to accompany the meal. Heaven! Chocolate cake and apple pie dessert selection with coffee to follow. Superb service with checkbacks throughout. Reasonably priced for the quality of the meal and drink selection. Next time in Algarve, we will return for another memorable experience. Highly recommended.More

First time visit and excellent. The restaurant is at golfland. Starter’s of piglet croquettes and mackerel, both excellent. Main’s of outstanding Codfish with bacon and Duck breast and a nice lemon meringue tart. Would definitely recommend.

My Wife and I had a great night of fine food and Wine too. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We actually played an 18 hole Crazy Golf course before we booked our table and that was brilliant and a great laugh so well...done to all at the Jasmine we will be back ! 👍🙂More

My parents, my wife and I went here twice on our holiday! After great fun at the mini golf the food blew us away - the fillet mignon especially! The staff were great fun and very helpful to us! The whole experience was our favourite...throughout our 9 day trip! 10/10More

We visited here for my sons 2nd Birthday and they made everything perfect from start to finish. Our waiter Vasco, was amazing he was there when ever we needed him and was so informative with wines etc. Me and my partner came back again the...next evening due to food being so nice and the waiter Vasco he was amazing!! Absolutely loved the Jasmine restaurant. We visited twice on our week long holiday and were impressed both times. On our first visit we had the hummus to start which was so good, then the prawn risotto - which was unbelievable, and the salmon with mash...and veggies, also amazing. We ate the lot, it was so good. On our last evening in Alvor we decided to return for another round of golf and some dinner. I went for the mushroom risotto with chips and salad and it was also delicious. That evening we were lucky enough to be there when they had traditional Portuguese live music which was really fun. Such a lovely way to end our holiday. Proper impressed with the food and the lovely staff. Great gluten free options too. Would highly recommend a visit if you are in Alvor. Definitely check out the crazy golf too.More

We had been at Golfland which is part of the same set-up and had lunch after in Jasmine. We were blown away by the whole place - it's a lovely environment, the staff were really friendly and menu far exceeded expectations! I was expecting the...usual quick fayre but it was refreshing to see some thought had been put into what was a varied and interesting lunch/snack menu - 3 of us had delicious chicken skewers with an asian style salad which generated food envy from the others although the burgers were a close match. We enjoyed it so much we went back a week later for dinner although ate off the lunch/snack menu again as we had enjoyed it so much. The main dinner menu looked lovely and if lunch was anything to go by I'm sure it will be just as tasty. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area.More

From the moment we arrived at this restaurant we felt it was going to be a great experience, the decor was funky and the welcome was warm despite us arriving for a reservation which wasn’t even for the evening we arrived. The food was excellent....We had the humous starter and breads - delicious! Then the black pork and ribeye. It was without doubt the best meal we have had in a long time. There was also live music which was Portuguese and this crested a wonderful ambiance. All the people working there were friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back to enjoy this place again.More

Excellent relaxed fine dining restaurant. The wine list and knowledge of wine is difficult to beat. Like many other restaurants the portion size is large. The risotto was delicious and creamy, the seafood impeccable. The view was great with an obliging sunset. Would highly recommend.

This was the first restaurant we visited during our stay in Alvor and the rest are going to have to go some way to beat it! Upon arrival we were welcomed warmly by the staff and this level of professionalism continued through the meal. Our...waiter (Vasco) chatted away with us and just made us feel relaxed. The locally produced white wine was recommended and it’s origins explained to us with great knowledge and was very nice accompaniment to our meal. The location of the restaurant takes it outwith the main centre and with it located in the Entertainment complex we were surprised at the quality of food we were served. This was akin to a fine dining experience and the quality of our meals (Mushroom Risotto and Filet Mignon) prepared by Chef (Testo) was out of this world. Our kids were with us and ate from the kids menu and had chosen pizza - we expected a basic pizza to arrive but this was clearly homemade and served on a wooden board just to continue with the high quality this restaurant provides. To anyone looking for a place to eat I cannot recommend the Jasmine Restaurant highly enough - if you do then you will have a fantastic meal served by friendly and professional staff. Thanks to the Jasmine team and when back in the area we will certainly pay you another visit.More

Best restaurant we have visited in the Algarve. Staff were so friendly, Ruben was waiting us and was very attentive and friendly. Odngalo in the kitchen produced an amazing risotto. Will definitely be returning
