Been on a holiday golfing in Alvor for a week and only just found this gem of a restaurant. The most wonderful staff, great service, amazing prices and the best pizza we have ever had owned by an Italian from Naples who is also the...chef. Highly recommend!More

Always visit at least twice when we come to Alvor. It's the first place our 8 year old wants to go for pizza. Delicious authentic Italian food and my wife particularly loves the special pastas done with blue cheese! Staff are really good with children...and like to play Spiderman with our boy and talk football!! Can't wait to go back later in the year.More

We found a gem of a restaurant today. My daughter and I went past in the afternoon and decided to book a table for dinner with them. We were drawn by the charm of the owner and staff as we walked past. When we went...for dinner we were not disappointed. The portions were very generous, the food was fresh and twell priced. I have been coming here since I first came to Alvor with my girlfriend on regular dinner/lunch dates and most recently with my friends who are visiting. The food is wonderful and made with love and attention to detail. A family run business with the...owner always present tending to guests making sure the food is up to standard. The staff are lovely and very attentive. Would definitely recommend if you want authentic Italian cuisine in an intimate, homely setting. My favourite local restaurant.More

We have been in Alvor for a week and have eaten here 3 times. The food has been fantastic every night. We tried all 3 specials which were delicious. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back. Can’t recommend it enough!

Quiet place that doesn’t look like anything that special but the food is delicious and excellent value. The pizzas are lovely and fresh and the brocheta is superb. The staff are very friendly and they offer specials each day. Including a bottle of wine (which...is pretty good) with starter and main course for 2 we paid around 45€.More

Lovely family run Italian restaurant with friendly service. I hade the seafood special with squid ink black pasta. Delicious. Thanks to the lady who was leaving, as we entered, that recommended it. Great value and freshly cooked.

Food and service absolutely first class, I forgot I was in Alvor and not Napoli. My daughter and I went for a takeaway in the pouring rain as my wife was unwell. Gianluca not only cooked up a perfect meal but personally ran us home...in his car. It's a must visit when visiting Alvor if you like Italian food ❤More

I visited this restaurant with my parents after they raved about the food and the staff here. I have now just returned with my second meal (take out) in three days from this restaurant as we were so impressed! The warm welcome I received on...my first visit immediately made me feel like an old family friend, then tonight when I returned with my dad to order takeaway pizzas, the staff cemented this place as a firm favourite for me. They welcomed us with open arms and couldn't do enough for us - I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Hugs and kisses and "come stai?!" from everyone! The food itself is nothing like I've ever tried before. Pizza is one of my favourite foods, so I have tried a LOT, and this is in a league of its own. I asked for a simple margherita and have never been more impressed with a pizza. Side note: My dad loves Italian food but hates cheese (a conundrum, I know) - on explaining this to Gianluca, he immediately told my dad to trust him to make a pizza that he would love, and he absolutely adored it! He has never ordered a pizza from the menu since, as Gianluca remembers my dad's preferences/dietary requirements each time he visits, and makes him a new pizza every time that blows him away. The welcome this family-run business provides, together with their unbeatable food offerings is enough to make me want to eat there every single night. We visited one evening by chance. Ended up sitting outside. The view is not great just over looking a busy road. Food was good and tasty. Nice pizza. Wife had ravioli which she really enjoyed. Service was ok but not over attentive. A couple of...things we ordered after our initial order didn’t arrive and we had keep chasing for these. We will most probably go back as the owner was so nice and prices are reasonable.More

As huge Italian food fans we were really looking forward to eating here as its supposed to be the best Restaurant in Alvor, what a disappointment, could not fault the service, but the food is such a letdown, undercooked Pizza with the cheapest of ingredients...and overcooked Pasta, how can anyone from Naples get it so wrong? If looking for what should be the #1 Italian Restaurant keep walking till you get to Aldente, this guys know what great Italian food should be.More
