After our GPS routed us through the backwoods, Casa Cecco was a welcome sight! We arrived for dinner without reservations. Fortunately, they were able to seat our group of four with no issues. The steaks and homemade sausage were delicious. Salads were fine. The panna cotta was delectable and topped with fruit. This was a wonderful restaurant for dinner.

Casa cecco is a cozy, romantic, tucked away restaurant for few. Set in the Tuscan hills and surrounded by olive tree, the restaurant looks and feels great through both winter and summer months. An outdoor patio offers sweeping views of Arezzo and the countryside. The cuisine is typically Tuscan and prices are a bit above average but justified by the... More

I have been there to have a typical Fiorentina and I blessed the choice. If you wanna have a real taste of Tuscany you must go there. The location is warm and so peaceful. Placed in the hills of Val di Chiana you will find this lovely restaurant where the service will make you feel at home. Nice taste-money value.

We were in the area looking for a good place for lunch and happened upon Casa Cecco. We started with a meat and cheese plate that was very good and the meal only improved from there. Pastas very excellent as well as the main we shared. Enjoyed a local wine suggested by our server. This server also did an excellent... More

I am a notorious carnivore so have had my fair share of beef over the years, but the filletto with pepper and rosemary served here is one was one of the best in my life. I ordered it rare and it was extremely juicy and tasteful. Service ok but not very attentive.

Nice indoor location, still fresh during the summer, friendly service. We had pappardelle with ragù from chianina (local cow kind) and meat filet with truffles, both very good (despite my gf complaining truffles didn't smell enough 😜). Pricing is quite high but still in range with similar restaurants in the surroundings.

We stopped here by chance, and attracted by the menu we decided to stay. The restaurant is very nice, menu interesting, price a bit above average. We were 4 people we had 2 pasta dishes to share, 4 second courses and 2 side dishes to share. Water and coffee. All for 32 euros. The service was nice but not super... More

I arrived on my own and was made to feel welcome immediately. the chef was eager to explain his menu and I listened to all the delights he listed, some on the menu some not. As I was travelling to Perugia I decided I would have nice tasty lunch but not stay too long. I chose the creamy ravioli... what... More
