Though we have only dined at the Chateau du Mylord once before, we were greeted like regular visitors and felt welcome, which definitely also is thanks to sommelier Bart Lamont. The whole evening is like an adventerous luxurious culinaric trip with small surprises along the road. The micro-menus are my favourite. They are like a total surprise and the taste... More

Remarkable place in the flemish ardennes with excellent cost / benefit. Highly innovative food at reasonable price. Enough if you take the menu without leaving you felling bloated or fleeced by the bill.

This is one of the places, which makes me doubt the whole Michelin practice... Their menu was so incredibly unsatisfying both size and taste wise.. Guys, decorating your sea knife with empty shells does not make it a culinary masterpiece.

What to tell? The restaurant and it's staff is worth the 2 stars in the Michelin-guide without any doubt. Of course you pay more than a bistro, but if you're a "Burgundier" enjoying a fantastic meal married with perfect wines all served in the privacy of the chique salons of this castle, you won't be disappointed here. Then I haven't... More

If you would like to experience superior cooking and a restaurant where almost every member of the staff shows his/her pride to work there and makes the guest feel comfortable all the time - come here! The whole experience was so perfect. The staff was so well-prepared and welcoming us. And the micro-menus they serve - fantastic. We chose the... More

This is a place you need to visit, the place is hidden after the Flemish Ardennes but the location is amazing. Old style refurbished small castle in trendy colours. Add to this real 2* Michelin experience : outstanding food (6 courses gastronomic menu at 125 € p.p.), great service and a the sommelier Bart is outstanding (works there > 15... More

I've been here a few times already and le Mylord never let me down. Last time we were able to dine on the beautiful terrace - certainly a must do. Service is impeccable. The food is great; perfectly served, different flavours; you go home satisfied. Will definitely return !

After 29 years I Belgium, I am leaving and can divulge some of my favourite restaurants. Didn’t want to do it before less competition for tables becomes more spirited. We have gone to this place for over ten years. It’s about an hour from downtown Brussels, but has always been worth the trip. We would often pair our drive with... More

I looked forward to taste the truffle menu in this restaurant and i was definitely not disappointed. The first dish was a taste of langoustines in 3 variations and what a pleasure to receive 3x langoustines with truffles. Same feeling with the st Jaques followed by delicious cod and the main plate the wonderful taste of volatile de bresse tasteful... More

This Michelin two-star restaurant is a long-time favorite of my wife and mine. Our latest visit provided a mix of what one expects at that level and the more run-of-the mill. We took the four course menu 'Confiance', selecting our own wines from the list with good advice from the excellent sommelier. The opening course had at its center half-cooked... More
