During my recent visit to Madikeri (coorg) got a chance to visit the beans n brews estate for a coffee plantation tour guided by Mr. Ravi. The whole tour was not just informative but also interesting to know various facts and details related to coffee,...spices and the estate. Had an amazing time. I am soon gonna have my cup of civet coffee !!More

This was a totally nice visit for our kids who had an idea of coffee plantation and other plantations like spices and herbs which were planted for harvest , it was a cool and casual visit which our family and kids enjoyed a lot. Especially...thks to Mr Murugesh for close explanation to our kids with his patience and clicks of photos Finally we purchased coffee powder and spices, coffee was also good . Can rate 3.5 out of 5 for the said place Thks Balaji and Vinay familyMore

We were a party of 7 that went to Beans n Brews and we first did a coffee plantation tour followed by lunch and some shopping. The tour was incredible, as an avid coffee drinker, learning about and watching the growth of the coffee beans...was truly enightening, and as it was in clear and concise english by Ravi, it was easy to understand too. Lunch was heavy and delicious! The cooks prepared a beautiful spread of vegetbales for lunch which paired with fresh filter coffee made the afternoon a perfect one. Definitely a must visit if ever in Coorg, and ask for Bichitra Barik.More

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Coffee was too good and conversations made it even better. Passion and love for coffee of the staff resulted into a very good experience. We tried local Civet, arabica and arabian kava. All 3 were good. A must visit place...in coorg. Special mention to Ashraf, for his love, knowledge about coffee making craft. Must meet him and learn about your coffee.More

The café seems a bit congested in terms of seating area, but their coffee is a MUST TRY in COORG. We tried their Vietnamese Iced Coffee, Classic Frappe and Hot ChocoLate. Everything was great. They don’t have a big food menu, so we just ordered...fries, which were decent.More

We went to this cafe (located in Al Rasel building) with very high expectations based on reviews posted in TripAdvisor. Our experience was a big let down. We were told that pizza and any food is not available as chef was not present. Surprisingly no...muffins, brownie etc were also not available. We ordered traditional Coorg bella kapi (coffee made with jaggery). It was good. But the person present was not interested in explaining anything about different types of coffee, as expected from such highly rated cafe. Cafe was quite small, but moreover the required ambience was missing.More
