We had a really good evening here. We got into contact with the local people and staff here really fast and the gave us some good tips about what to do in the area and about the food. We ended up ordering the seafood platter for 2 which was an excellent choice - lots of different seafood prepared really well.... More

Though food is average service is friendly and quick. Lots of parking available though we walked down from our bnb.

Walked in, staff didn't make eye contact. Got menus ourselves. Ordered. Truly, truly, terrible food. You would be better eating out of the bins outside. Keep driving and go to the Applecross Inn.

With no other options so late in the season, we had no choice but to eat here. The hotels dogs are allowed to roam free in the Restaurant, even though signs are on view clearly stating no dogs allowed. The food is at best mediocre pub food.

Half way around North Coast Route 500 we came across this marvellous haven of an overnight stay, may I say ideal for bikers, run by bikers!.... Very basic rooms but adequate for what we required... lovely food, excellent beer, stunning views across the Loch Carron and nestled in the heart of the recently named North 500 coastal tour of Scotland....... A basic dining room in the bar, so not necessarily quiet, but an excellent menu and the food was wonderful.

Was a bit concerned about eating here as reviews have been quite mixed but it was excellent. The restaurant was quite quiet but the waitress was very friendly and smiley. The decor was pleasant and the menu extensive with several seafood options on the specials board. Service was good and portions large and very tasty. I would definitely eat here... More

An evening walk to the this gem of a pub! Met a few of the locals, extremely friendly and had a great laugh! They shared their local knowledge of where to go and what to do!! Met the two resident dogs Hamish and breagha...gorgeous!! We took out dogs in with us and they were made to feel very welcome....

I stayed in Loch Carron for the weekend with my family who were renting a cottage along the road from this hotel, we called in on Saturday evening for dinner in the hope they would be able to accommodate the 6 of us, we were fortunate that they were and we were offered assistance by a lovely waitress to put...
