I was disappointed by this restaurant because I had read great reviews of its food and lodging. It was close to my hotel and at a peaceful slope in a street leading up to the historic center so I figured I'd give it a try....Service was not attentive and the food wasn't anything I can recommend. The restaurants further down the slope of the street (under this restaurant) seemed to be doing a better business. Perhaps try one of those.More

Very good service. I sampled the set 18€ Corse menu which is a lot of food. Delicious herbe tarte, brocciu cannelloni (more like a lasagna to Americans), and the Corsican fiadone-cheesecake. Don’t order unless you’re very hungry or are sharing. I shared the tart and...the dessert with my husband and was still quite full. He tried the wild boar pasta and liked it.More

We stumbled upon this place on a rainy Wednesday evening. We chose the €18 menu and had simple homely tasty food which we really enjoyed served by a very sweet waitress . Terrific value for the price. The friendly patron even threw in a free...digestif.More

Located up the small hill from the water fountain on the Main Street, you pass a number of other restaurants all ordering similar fare. We were happy with our simple cheese omelette for lunch. Served with salad and bread, it hit the spot!

We made a day trip to Corte from Ajaccio, wandered around, and found this place. And then we feasted. I had huge pizza with olives and tuna and capers--it has since inspired us to make our own pizzas at home, and to incorporate tuna and...capers into our meals more frequently. She had pasta bolognese. We had a liter of wine and took our time. It was a great, leisurely lunch. I don't remember what it cost, just that we were both amazed by how small the bill was given how much we ate and drank, and how long we lingered. ** note that this review is for June 2015, but for the longest time I couldn't remember the name of this place, and now I can't select to go back that far**More

Fairly slow service, but more importantly the staff were indifferent bar one who tried her best. Mediocre food, and supermarket desserts made this one to probably avoid. Looks like there were more interesting places along the main road.

We sat down and were served within a couple of minutes despite a busy restaurant- our food came out within 10 minutes. I had the chicken Cesar salad- this was large and definitely filling. The meat (both chicken and bacon) were nicely cooked. The desert...(2 scoops of vanilla ice cream) were exceptionally good- the right level of sweetness, vanilla flavour and consistency that I wanted more! We were close to the music at the foot of the hill and sat on a terrace so all in all a great atmosphere. Merci!More

We enjoyed the traditional menu for 15€! Considering that it was composed by 3 different courses we though about a tasting menu, then we have been nicely contradicted by the actual dishes...

One of the items on my bucket list for Corsica (yep, I always think of the food first) was pizza. Fortunately for me, we decided to have dinner at U Passa Tempu. I got the Pasquale Paoli pizza (I think, it's been a few weeks)...and requested that olives be added. They were happy to oblige this request, and the pizza that came to me was huge and delectable, and well worth a bucket list item. My S.O. got the Corsican veal stew with green olives, and it was so good, exactly as he remembered from his childhood. The owner, Martin, is super friendly and chill. The restaurant itself has spilled over into a terrace overlooking the streets and residences of Corte, and for an early summer evening, the terrace was a perfect place to wind down a day of sightseeing.More
