Stopped here after visiting the Uvita Waterfall and were blown away by how good the sushi was. A must try. Sangria was also delicious!

It was so good I went back! Such a lovely atmosphere, amazing staff, and delicious food. I am obsessed with this ceviche! This is my third time in Uvita and Mosaic is still my favorite restaurant in the area! The sushi burrito was so fun and the cocktails are beautiful and delicious. Cheese & meat platter was also very impressive - we enjoy it every time!!

This place knows how to make a margarita! Everything we had from appetizers to desert were incredible. The servers are wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable about the food. We also had the pleasure of meeting Bob, the local pup who stops by sometimes. We'll be back...just for this place!More

Mosaic is always a solid choice. Husband likes sushi and I like the paninis and the bowls. Service is relaxed, pura vida, enjoy the experience. Packed house the other night, so you might want to consider making reservations. Special note: they are closed on Sundays,...so ensure you plan accordingly if you are vacationing and have this on your list. Don’t hesitate, just go. Great food!More
