Went with my wife today for drinks and a cake before we headed home. I had the iced coffee with cream which was really good and my wife had a coke. We shared a slice of cherry and marzipan cake which was gorgeous. Service was...More

I have visited capture the castle in the past and purchased items but never stayed for tea or cakes. I came along during the week with my mum and my sister, we were going to take a seat as my mum and dad regularly eat...More

We have three children and grandchildren ourself and we certainly would never refuse an expectant mother the use of our staff toilet. We are not required to have a customer toilet, as we only have four tables. If your parents are regular customers, they would...More

As we run a busy shop and small coffee shop rolled into one, it is at times necessary to order goods and that requires looking in relevant catalouges. We offer table service in the coffee shop and if you would have sat at a table,...More

A nice shop, how ever £15 for 2 sandwiches and drinks. Doubt will be returning again. To confined, and not enough choice on the menu.

Normal price for freshly prepared sandwiches and salad and barista style coffee, including table service. We do have a menue and prices are clearly stated.

One of my favourite shops in Rochester. I like visiting very much and the cakes and coffee are lovely. Anke and Philip run a very good business.

They serve a varied menu including hot food. However the day we visited he could only oblige with drinks/cakes. I asked for glass tap water and was served chilled water with fresh mint. very refreshing.

The tea and cake were good but the service was miserable! I wouldn't bother as there are plenty of other places to choose from.

Love this place, good food (lovely after a hard morning canoeing), lovely owners who always have time for you, even when busy and although this appears to bother another reviewer, the personal touch goes a long way to keeping a loyal customer base. The fabulous...More
