Popped in with family for breakfast on our way home from a weekend in Broadstairs. Just what we were looking for on quite a miserable, cold and rainy Monday morning. Steaming hot mugs of tea and coffee and generous plates of cooked-to-order breakfast. Between us we had porridge, bacon and eggs, scrambled eggs on toast and eggs benedict. All delicious... More

Only had a about 3 tables and a sofa area. Not really much room. Nice theme... Australian theme. They sell their own hoodies and t shirts which are probably a waste as can't see anyone wearing clothes from a cafe? Also sold lamps which were popped in the window.... they looked like someone had been to a dust bin and... More

I went for lunch with my son, partner and mother in law. The food was nice and freshly cooked although we had untold flies around us continuously once our food arrived. It was disgusting they were flying into our faces and food constantly. The food is quite expensive for what you recieve, and you don't expect to have flies landing... More

We stopped in here for lunch and it had a really nice atmosphere. The food was very tasty and the decor was very interesting. Only thing was the toilet could do with a toilet seat

we usually eat here during Broadstairs Folk Week there are always lovely things on the menu, particularly nachos with veg chili, and my wife's favourite, grilled haloumi salad. The décor is quite eccentric with old armchairs, scrubbed pine tables and art posters everywhere. Very popular during August as it is just 2 minutes walk from the beach

Menu very good for breakfast with good old fry up or healthy option. Seating a little awkward if not room at "proper table and chairs". Atmosphere ok but very slow service. I realise food prepared to order but could be more efficient.

Headline says it all. As a rule things like this can sometimes be overlooked due to peak season, staff shortages or generally being so busy. Sadly, on this occasion, only peak season applied! We are not unreasonable and are happy to wait for good food to be prepare and cooked - for this Beaches does not disappoint. However, some serious... More
