I got Kimmys Take Away over their first week back opening and was delighted. Food was all perfect everything came as ordered and more than enough portion wise which is so nice to see! Spice box and chicken burgers were very tasty! Would definitely recommend...as staff are always lovely and smiley also! Such a nice restaurant to have in town always hearing great things about the food!More

Kimmie is a dote. Breakfast with smashed avocado poached eggs and seafood the best. Hard to get decent coffee in Dungarvan, apart from Jitterbeans, my no 1, but Kimmie does good coffee too.

Fantastic food. We came here with 5 people and all left full and satisfied! I had the vegetarian breakfast which was well-portioned and tasty. The rest of our party had the seafood breakfast, the waffled and chicken, fish and chips and the beef burger. The...fish and burger especially were outstanding. We also had my boyfriend’s autistic brother with us, and the staff was patient and kind. It was an overall pleasurable experience!More

7 brunch meals, all different, all so tasty & well presented. You may well miss this little gem as it’s located in a pretty building in a car park but so worth a visit. Great value & all freshly made. Will come back most definitely

One of the best breakfast menus I’ve ever come across. Hard to find something you wouldn't like here. Even though there is a huge variety, they play to their strengths. Out of the 5 breakfast items that we had, we could not say not really...fault one. The chicken and waffles is fantastic, Spanish Irish eggs are exquisite, Irish breakfast was good. The Mexican breakfast wrap was tasty but a little bit dry. My recommendation to the chef would be to Incorporate more sauces; the Spanish eggs and the Mexican wrap were lacking a sauce to pair. Perhaps a salsa like pico de Gallo, or a relish. I was a little disappointed with the coffee, however the owner assured me that they would be upgrading coffee facilities soon. They are also doing their best to facilitate for COVID-19 provisions. Most importantly the owner pays exceptional attention to detail, is forthcoming and incredibly helpful. I have a deep respect for an owner who takes such a pride in customer success.More
