Why say more - I really recommend this place for its atmosphere and the best local food I've ever eaten. A place worth the trip to Rhodos.

A lovely place in the old town with a fairly spacious inner hall, having a lovely view on a deserted garden. Cats add a nice rural touch to it - they are not annoying but would be very helpful if you share some food with them. But the most important part of the show is the owner, who cooks, serves... More

We came across this lovely restaurant after searching through the alleyways for somewhere to eat that was not tourist driven. This small restaurant serves authentic Greek food and great local wines. The owners show such friendliness and dedication that we were sad when the night ended. Given a small glass of Grappa at the end which was appreciated.

very nice athmosphere, the owner is very kind and his food is very good. Nothing to do with the restaurants in the most touristic region of the Old Town: compared to those, this taverna is a little more hidden, but it's really worth spending a few time to look for it!

Our first meal in Greece so tough to compare but we passed this stone arch with all the business cards on the outside and decided to check it out. A simple Tzaziki, tomotoe salad and mussles - were all very good and packed with taste. The oragano bread was a wonderful dipping option. There were only 8 people in the... More

We went to this place based on other recommendations and it didn't disappoint. We particularly liked the fact that there was no-one trying to usher you inside but once we stepped in we received a wonderful welcome. We had the moussaka which is the best I have ever had in Greece so far, a very good Greek salad, followed by... More

The best traditional Greek cuisine in the island. A simple delicious family run taverna driven by love. Love for food and for people. The father and the two twin sons, kind and shy, welcome guests warmly, and make them feel at home from the first step into the restaurant. Everything is cooked at the moment by the father with the... This is a place that should not be missed if you look for genuin greek food. At the entrance it might look rather dark and dull, but climb the stairs and sit at the nice (partly) indoor veranda. The moussaka, dolmades, fried cheese (saganaki) and grilled swordfish - have them all. Friendlier and more charming owners I doubt you'll find!... More
