Sunday Lunch was beautiful; one of the best I've had in recent years. This was our first visit but won't be our last. An excellent place to stop before venturing into Kendal. Staff were accomodating, efficient and polite, they really deserve credit.

First time at this restaurant. Booked a table for the family for evening dinner. Very pleased with the traditional/ modern décor. Varied menu - something for everyone. staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely visit here again soon.

The Punchbowl in Underbarrow has been renamed The Black Labrador, and has undergone some very nice refurbishment including new dinning area.
