Thing you should expect from the name

Cheap, fast, bistro-like. No surprises, exactly like the name Bar-bistro. Does the trick, if you need a quick coffe "re-fill".

Yes no maybe

Harbour cafe is very simple and offers traditional crap like fries, sausage, fish fingers etc. You can buy drink and snack, but avoid food. Maybe only if you have a hangover... :)
