Waiter knowledgeable about the menu...usually a good sign. My chilled avocado soup was over seasoned and sour ...to the point of being bitter. The boeuf Bourguignonne was truly a disgrace. The beef was almost inedible as it was rock hard and the sauce did not in anyway resemble the classic Burgundy dish. A few mushrooms and scraps, hardly any, of... More

I'm in Tepoztlan every 3 or 4 months, and I always come to Las Marionas at least once if not twice a trip. It is one of the few places which make a margarita that is not sweet, ie, they make it "Perfect" and it is perfect. On to the food, always great, not a lot of variety or should... More

This place was recommended by a good friend of mine. I wanted a nice place to have lunch with my wife for our anniversary. The Morcilla is great!!! We also have the Arroz Caldoso con Almejas that was also very good. Then we had 2 different types of fish, both of them were very nice cooked. The service is great,... More

We were in Cuernavaca and decided to go to Tepoztlan. We were advised by a friend to go to Las Marionas. Excellent advice! I chose the Osso buco. It was as good as I ever have had. The sauce around it was very delicious . I would recommend it with out any hesitation to any looking for excellent food.

Every time I have the chance and I'm nearby I tried to pay a visit to Las Marionas. The food is delicious and with many great options. The place is cozy, the service is great. There is a big parking lot and easy acces. Try the coquilles! Delicious!

I love this place. Fabulous food and impeccable service. The perfect place for a bit of a splurge. Have had lunch there 4 or 5 times in the last 6 months and will continue to do so. One caveat... best to avoid peak weekends as when full, the kitchen tends to get a bit overwhelmed.
