Worst fish supper ever, tastless fish - wondered if it was actually haddock - a little underdone, some chips were okay but a lot of them were hard & chewy. Whie pudding was tasty though. Had to wait about 45 mins, only 1 guy working,...shop a bit grotty and not well maintained or tidy. Wouldn't go back. Only chippie in Tarbert - maybe they don't care about the bad customer experience and subsequent poor reviews as most customers will be visitors.More

Waited 40 minutes after ordering for our food, the fish was terrible, worst I've had, tasteless and mushy, chips were alright, certainly wouldn't go back to this place again, service was slow

This chippy is in a good position overlooking the harbour..that is the best bit. The wait was so long and the food was poor..the chips were awful..the shop smelt of dirty fat also

50 minutes for fish and chips! The guys working there didn’t have a clue what they were doing! I found this to be terrible service. Also no social distancing from the guys working there. They should have been on top of that!

We ordered 2 fish suppers today and waited 30 minutes on it being made!! You could tell by the faces on the other customers that it was an issue for them too! To be fair, it was really nice, but the wait was just too...much...More

Worst chip shop I’ve been in ever. Got the fish and it was off smelt sour and tasted sour. The eyelash in the batter wasn’t nice either and came with a hair on the chips. Kids got a hogie that was fine until under the...Cheese in between the donar the was a fly. Yip a fly I nearly died I’m still in shock a bit over it. Now if you think this is all made up take a look at the walls dripping with grease the fryer is white with it Also and the electric cut of switch for the fryers is a fire hazard with the oil and grease dripping down it. And no I never went back into the place to complain they think I’ve had a lovely diner 🤢🤮🤮 Environmental health have a lot to answer for hearMore
